Literally the SLOWEST Big Foot Java I've ever been to!! I would have left but I was trapped in! The barista was more worried about flirting with the car in front of me than getting the drinks made and customers through the line. I was there for a solid 15-20 minutes with ONE car in front of me (that was already there when I pulled up)! By the time I left there were 8 cars behind me and 6 on the other side with little to no movement. Ridiculous!!! Drinks were just ok ???? definitely worth the wait! Save yourself some time and drive to a different location!

If you want snail speed service this is the place for you...the people are nice I just can't justify sitting in line every day for at least 30 mins like it has been. The times I've sat at this establishment when I could have gone to the store bought all the ingredients and made my freaking drink faster than 1 car in line moves is astonishing. I would rather give my home to Starbucks then come here again.

I was waiting in line for a small black coffee and this car of Muslim and black ladies in front of me were squawking like seagulls, so it took me 30 minutes to get my coffee and on top of that they pulled back in and basically made the hostess cry whoever they are I hope they got their orders wrong

I finally was able to get to the window. It took like a minute to get my coffee pretty legit.

ELIZABETH Made our drinks with orange juice without asking us, lied and said she made it with lemonade, didn’t refund or remake my drink because we “drove off” mind you we were IN THERE PARKING LOT and told us it was somehow our fault then said we’re harassing her when all we did was tell her our problem with the drink then proceeded to call the cops on us because she felt threatened by a group black Muslims. Mind you THIS is 4 DRINKS she messed up. We were speaking respectfully with her until she Had an attitude AND slammed the window. She was turning red, tearing up and acting afraid when all we were doing was sitting in our car, speaking respectfully of the problems. Would not recommend Elizabeth service especially towards black and Muslim people. Also make sure to drink your drink right by the window or they don’t care about anything as soon as you leave the window.

Bigfoot has done it again. I had a terrible morning. I had to wake up at 2am, was stuck on the highway for 2 hours and missed my flight. I went to bigfoot on a whim. The coffee was so good and made me feel a little bit better. The baristas were chill and nice. Just want i needed in the morning. Thank you!!!

It's great that they are open late and that their espresso is better than Dutch Bros, but the drinks took 15 minutes for two drinks, which was still worth it cuz they were open late but everything is SO sweet here, just over the top. Will remember next time to ask for 1/4 of flavor or get coffee when other things are open.

People are inviting and friendly but coffee not so much. Don't see why people like drinks here. Asked for simple flat white or a cappuccino and all I get is hot milk. Asked for a mocha and get hot milk no coffee flavor or even chocolate flavor.

The Chai Tea was nice, and the Sunset drink was also not cloyingly sweet. The lady at the counter was patient and polite, and all in all, we had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place ????
