First time coming to this location and the woman barista working on 2/15 at 10 am was extremely rude and unprofessional. She followed the horrible service up with verbally abusing me at the window and then when asked what the issue was she began to record me on her phone it was so strange. I asked for my debit card back 4 times before she gave it back. I have no idea why she acted like this. I made a formal complaint via email and thank goodness for my dash cam that caught the whole incident! Please get rid of her she’s horrible and should not be working with anything dealing with people!!

The staff at this location are very rude and unprofessional! The saddest thing is, I tried to get one of the girls names to make a complaint, and her colleague would not provide it to me! After driving back through to get my coffee remade because it was so terrible. I was able to find out the girls name is Nicole, I was under the impression she does not like her occupation as she is so rude and lacks customer service. Worst coffee experience I have ever had!! Do better big foot!

Went to this location on military Road this morning and ordered a latte and a banana bread. The drink was fine, but when I went to open the banana bread, it was covered in mold. I tried calling the location and no one answered. Just make sure if you buy any of the pastries you were checking it for mold mine was covered in mold, and I didn’t notice until after I had started eating it!

I do not leave negative reviews. This is more a buyer beware to warm and prepare patrons before considering taking a chance in going here.

I love. LOVE my BigFoot Java. Mine is on 6th Ave in Tacoma. I was on my way north and decided to stop. No lie, we were there 40 minutes. Here's what happened to me

I ordered a non fat latte. Easy enough. 2 drinks total. The gal on our side with a good times hoodie was excited about the lady in the car on the other side. She was selling girl scout cookies. Here's the kicker. Our barista didn't make our drinks then tend to the cookie purchase. Nope.

She left our cups empty, went to find out what kinds of cookies the lady had, commented that she didn't have cash, went to the back, got cash, bought her cookies, took her change and then proceeded to make our drinks without washing her hands. I have a good handlers card. That was beyond gross. But then she served me a full fat milk latte when I asked for a non-fat one. So we have to wait longer to get what distinctly ordered. It was disappointing to say the least. Had it been free, that's one thing, but I paid for it.

I love their coffee!! It's super bombbb! :))) and the employees here are always super friendly and helpful and upbeat from my experiences! Would most definitely, very much, highly recommend Big Foot Java!

Upon pulling up, I found my barista, more engrossed in his phone than on the task at hand. Customer service was as extinct as the gentle giant your cafe is named after.

Ordered an iced latte, stacked, strictly not stirred. He nodded absent-mindedly then, guess what? Stirred it! Even my coffee had a swirl of disappointment.

The credit card reader? He signed it himself... touched it more than he even glanced at the customer before him.

His attitude was as iced as my messed up latte, and I've got a big foot out the door. This is how you lose a coffee lover, Bigfoot. I won't be back until you brew up some decent customer service. Your next pour could be your last. Keep stirring, or start caring!

Really busy location but the pace just felt super slow. Very nice and friendly service but they just looked like they were working in slow motion. Loved my Abominable Frostbite and it made the wait worth it.
