Best WLM Reviews

This is the best shop I've ever went too. The service is exceptional, the explanations are phenomenal, and the workers are relatable. They fixed the wiring harness on my bus and diagnosed my e350 van! Couldn't recommended more highly!
Experienced and Trustworthy
These people are professionals. My automotive needs are handled efficiently. They really listen to me and answer my questions. I can trust what they tell me. I am respected.
The work they have done over the past 3 years has always been top notch. I’m confident they are experienced with all makes and models. If there is something they don’t know, they find out, inform me, and ask if it’s still what I want before proceeding.
The charges are totally reasonable. I’ve never been overcharged. When I leave their shop, I rest assured my vehicle is ready and safe to drive.
David and Mark are very professional and the do top quality work. I have known them both for years and they always provide great service.
Mechanics listed to what was saying. Showed me right where the oil leak was. Managed to even get a new tie rod on the car at the same time. Wish they were here in New Mexico . They got the car roadworthy for a move.
If I could give this place 10 stars I certainly would! Very long story somewhat short; in early July I was pulling into Cave Junction on the way to Crater Lake. My mother and I had traveled from Minnesota in a 3/4 ton pickup pulling a 33' travel trailer. At the first stoplight the brake pedal went to the floor. Not a very good feeling...and it was Friday afternoon. I was able to limp it to the side of the street and luckily found a spot to legally park. The 1st auto repair location, a block down the main drag, was busy the rest of the day but they called Bigfoot who agreed to take a look at it. I was able to 'very carefully' drive another two blocks over to the side street and detach from the trailer. I brought the pickup over and Corey dropped everything to tackle our problem. It turned out there was a hairline crack in a caliper fitting. After a visit to NAPA (where Corey, a former employee, knows everyone) the proper parts were purchased and installed. A round of brake bleeding ensued and in less than 3 hours (and at a very fair price) we were back on the road in time to get to the campground before sunset! Awesome service gentlemen. We'll always remember you fondly. My mother still refers to you as one of many guardian angels we had along on the trip. FYI - we had no more problems with brakes on the trip, covering 6,000 more miles and back to Minnesota safe and sound. :-}
Best place to take your vehicle.i well not take my vehicle anywhere else. These guys are good priced , excellent service..if U need a mechanic you should go here.
Excellent customer service. I had my truck evaluated here for steering column concerns and was given very comprehensive information. DJ will set you up an appointment and get you in within a reasonable time frame. Service was high quality, quick and at a great rate.
