The cod sandwich was huge, and delicious! Nice crispy batter, moist and not over cooked inside. One of the best fish sandwiches I've had. We took a Chicago style deep dish pizza home, that was amazing. Definitely the best deep dish I've had in Erie. Prices are great, you get your money's worth. I highly recommend Big Bar.
I normally don’t leave reviews but this one is a MUST!!! Yesterday I ordered dinner for delivery. We ordered the 1lb triple b burger, the 1/2lb bacon cheddar burger, the combo basket, and an order of zuchinni planks. Everything was absolutely delicious. The 1lb burger was the biggest burger I have ever seen in my life cooked to perfection with a wonderful grilled taste. The 1/2lb cheddar bacon cheddar burger was absolutely everything I was craving on a delicious bun with crispy not gooey bacon and a generous slice of a fresh tomato and crisp green lettuce and onion. The combo basket (I know people probably think oh just deep fried food) but it was out of this word with the unique thick mozzarella moons and everything was fried perfectly. My favorite is the zucchini planks not zucchini circles or zucchini fries and I was shocked to see that they had them and served dusted in Parmesan. Not to mention their homemade ranch that I could have drank!! I won’t eat at a restaurant that doesn’t have homemade ranch and it was fabulous!! Everything was packaged with care. The pickles under the paper in the containers so the food doesn’t get soggy with the juice and the condiments dated when they were made and wrapped in foil. The price for what you get you will not find in Erie anywhere! My new favorite place for delivery! I wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to try!! Don’t walk to this establishment RUN!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
First time coming here for food. Had a lunch date with my hunny. Wait staff was very friendly and prompt. Husband ordered the cod sandwich and I ordered the club. Came with ribbon fries and a pickle. We ordered a meat lovers deep dish to-go, for dinner. Wanted the kids to try the pizza. Sandwiches are MASSIVE and the ribbon fries were cooked to crispy perfection. I could only eat half of a half of my sandwich. It was incredibly filling. It was stacked with really good quality meats, bacon was done phenomenally. Lettuce and think slices of tomato. Don't know what kind of bread they used but it was delicious and didn't destroy the roof of my mouth. Lol....topped with a nice not too sweet honey mayo sauce. The pizza is huge. Bill was around $46. For the amount of food and quality, great deal. Husband ate a slice when we got home and said it was delicious. Will definetely come back with the kids.
The waiter was very nice and pleasant. Food was good except the pizza came out cold. NOT CRAZY about the nachos. I do love the wings and combo platter. Cajun Ranch was excellent. It does have a nice atmosphere. Caution the food is big so great for a crowd
Food is always amazing and priced really well. $11 for a Ruben & fries.
Music is a touch to loud for me, I don't like screaming over it to talk.
The food was absolutely amazing and delicious. When the word "BIG" is behind, they don't kid around. Big is their thing and they do it well. The food looked good, tasted good and there was plenty for the money spent. The pepperoni balls and the sampler were outstanding. Some of the best pricing for the amount I've spent in a very very long time. I'm not from Erie, but I wish this place was way closer to home.
This is one of the few spots I go if I want to go out for drinks on a Saturday night. It’s a little slower on Fridays but it’s still a good time. It’s always a positive vibe, music is great for dancing, the cover charge is reasonable, security is vigilant, bartenders are always on their toes and they serve pizza late into the night (which is really good pizza at any time of the day). I can’t think of one negative thing to say about it.
First time ordering from this Bar. Remember this is a bar that serves food. Not a restaurant. The Food Is AMAZING. Well worth every penny. Didn't get photos of the chicken tenders or pepperoni balls. Which were very good as well. My Family & I will be ordering again soon. Staff are all very nice as well. A++++
