Ripped me off. Told me he got me a brand new part and that part he put in went out on me again a few months later. The son argued and got belligerent with me infront of my family for no aparent reason. Anger management may help. NEVER GOING HERE EVER AGAIN.
Absolutely felt taken care of and treated like family. I am not from the area but in a bad tire blow out they were able to refer me to a tow truck service and had cheap and fast repairs as soon as I arrived. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Detroit area tourist and locals alike. Phenomenal friendly service!
I recently brought my car to Big Z Auto Repair for some routine maintenance and was extremely impressed with the service I received. The mechanic, Adel and his father, were very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done in a way that was easy for me to understand. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and provided me with a detailed report of any issues that were found. The work was completed in a timely manner and at an amazing price. I recently went to a couple other locations near here and they were trying to charge me almost double what they did. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Adel and the entire team at Big Z Auto Repair. I highly recommend this mechanic shop to anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance.

I got charged from this place and I've never been to it. Almost 400 for absolutely nothing, im also not even in Michigan.
I've been going to them for years I love them the prices are great the work is great don't go no where else and I only want tony or his son working on my car it's just the best place ever
Hands down the best mechanic shop around the area. They get you in and out quick with best quality work and have amazing customer service they treat you like family definitely the first spot I think of for my car ????
