We went on a Saturday night after 8 pm and it was busy. It was graduation season and parties celebrating birthdays. There is plenty of waiting area, and we were seated within the 15 minutes we were quoted. The manager/assistant manager TC greeted us after we were seated and assisted with taking our dribk and appetizer orders to help the assigned server. The drinks were served right away, and the loaded fries came out shortly. Our server Michael brought over saucers and additional napkins but forgot the silverware. I caught his attention while he he was leaving another table to remind him about the silverware (he sat the saucers & napkins down fast and had walked away). He came back with plastic wear, explaining they were out of silverware in the front and rolling more in the back, and that was the best he could do if we wanted some right now. Given the ranch, cheese, and bits of chicken & bacon on the fries, silverware was necessary. Unfortunately, by this time, the cheese began to harden some and took away from the experience. So we didn't each much of the dish. Luckily, our burgers came out soon. My friend's entree had a knife in the burger, so we were able to share that to cut our burgers. She had the American, and I had the BBQ with the onion straws in the side. The food was all served timely even with the large crowds. It was a fun atmosphere, and the initial service by TC was good. Our actual server was just okay. Even after the crowds started to dissipate, he still wasn't attentive, and we never got real silverware.
The food had lots of flavor and nicely portioned. The staff was nice our waiter was amazing. Big whiskey offers a Variety of seating options from the bar, booth,table or even patio. If you are looking for a summer spot or great drinks visit Big whiskey and enjoy the food and atmosphere.
This was my first time visiting this place and I came with some friends. For lunch time it was rather loud with music playing in the background it was the first thing I noticed. We were seated quickly and the waitress took our drink and food orders. We waited a good 40 minutes before the food was brought out. Only after asking to servers to please check on the food. It wasn’t very crowded and the waitress was very kind so I will chalk it up as just a mistake. When the food came out it was very delicious and even the fries were seasoned well and flavorful. I was so hungry I failed to get a picture of my Shrimp Po boy, but I would say I would order it again next time I return to this place.
I have never been to Big Whiskeys but I got this food via Uber Eats. The restaurant was 18-20 min drive from my location and the total time for the order was about 40-45 minutes which was actually great!
We ended up trying the white queso spinach dip and chips and fried pickles to start. We then an order of large boneless chicken wings in honey mustard and fries as well. The dip and chips were perfect however after the long drive the fried pickles weee slightly mushy. This is no fault of Big Whiskeys or the driver, the restaurant was a 20 minute drive from me so I should know what to expect when ordering fried pickles. I will absolutely try these when I visit Big Whiskeys in the future. The boneless wings and fries were both very good. The seasoning on the fries was a nice touch too.
Overall I really loved Big Whiskeys. I’m excited to try this restaurant in person!
Honest review: I was greeted upon arrival by the host and quickly seated. The hostess was quite pleasant, asked if it was my first visit, and directed me towards the menus available. I love how she set the server up for success.
My server (Jo T.) greeted me within a minute, made a food suggestion, and was friendly as well. If you're looking for a nice lunchbox, great service, and amazing food, please come by to see the AMAZING STAFF at Big Whisky!!!

Amazing place. Fun and fast service. Very friendly. We went in thw afternoon so no wait. Food came out fast and hot. Amazing flavor and very filling for the price. Large portion. I ate half of mine before taking the picture.
What a wonderful place for date night or a family gathering. The food and service was excellent and the atmosphere was calm! Definitely going to visit again
We came in an hour until closing as a group of 6. We were quickly greeted and seated. Our server was so nice and got us everything we needed in a timely manner. The food was sooo good!! Y’all MUST try this place if you haven’t already! I got the salmon and substituted potatoes for the rice pilaf ????
