I popped in for a happy hour drink. Great deal on well drinks! Made from scratch Margarita was outstanding - I watched the bartender squeeze the citrus. No beer taps, bottles only. A few local regulars at the bar, and I felt welcome to sit. Didn’t get a sense for if there was food, but after about an hour I could hear that the kitchen was going. I ordered the Furukaki Fries, with the sauce on the fries, and they were amazing! I also had perfect fried oysters, and the cocktail sauce they came with was delicious. They played the Merrie Monarch festival on the tv. I love that they supported the hula participants in this ways. Restrooms were clean.
Nice but a bit weird place.
Good ahi poke, weird NY steak dish - but good for the low price tag (comparing the prices at the area).
A great little dive. Stopped in a couple times during our stay the bartenders were all super friendly and recommended the fish and chips. Sometimes eating at a dive can be risky but it was so good! They make their own tartar sauce and it was exceptional I don't normally care for tartar. Drinks were reasonably priced.
Such a fun place to eat. A true bar in the rear of the restaurant. They make the absolute best fish and chips here, comes with a salad.
The staff is very friendly. We would definitely go back, actually went twice.
This place is so great. We were first timers on the island and we came back here 4 times because of the people and laid back vibe. Love us some Shaggy aka cutest puppers ever!
Go in for Happy Hour! Its a great deal ($6 margs or mai tais!) and the staff are awesome. Give Shaggy a pet for me.
They are right on the corner, signs can be hard to see as they are only decals on the glass window.
It feels a bit cave like in there but you get used to it.
Great bar. Friendly people. The dark haired bartender girl was effortlessly spot on all night. Best bartender I have ever had!!! Seriously, her awareness was I thing of beauty.
I came, with my wife, to watch a band play some live rock and was super impressed. Some original songs were the bomb. Great atmosphere! Everyone working was with smiles. Open floor plan, handicap accessible, loved it.
We will be back! We only had drinks, free to walk in with band playing, no cover.
