We ate here a few years ago and it was really really good

Amazing soul food!!! I ordered the Catfish, Mac n Cheese, Green Beans and Corn. OMG it was all amazing!!! The breading on the catfish was phenomenal and cooked perfectly. The green beans were out of this world and the corn had a candy type of taste. The gentleman who took my order told me "everything here is good." Man, he was not lying!!! You will want to slap yourself if you miss out on this place!!! Excellent food and great people who work there!!! I will be coming back the next time I am in Hopkinsville!!! 5 out of 5????????????
Chicken and dressing were very good. Cabbage definitely was a hit as well. Had the fried pork chop, and it was also pretty tasty. Not gonna lie, that Mac could use some help, but it had potential. Not pictured, but was the best thang on the menu, the chicken wings (Soooo good)!!!!!!Catfish gets an honorable mention as well. Don't let the exterior discourage you. the food is delightful. Its definitely a great portion size for 15.00 a person.
This restaurant was recommended but I was very disappointed. After waiting almost an hr I received cold food. I ordered the #3 which was pork chops, fries & wings. The fries were ice cold & the pork chop was warm. After waiting so long it should have been fresh & hot.
When you want food fresh cooked that will get you where you’re trying to get, this IS a must. I have heard about this place for years and finally got a chance to see for myself. Professional service , great atmosphere and the food was on point. In the words of Arnold Swartz… “I’ll be back “
The catfish was salty and who gives sweet pickles with a fish sandwich. Didnt even finish eating my food. The cook was rude while taking my order over the phone. The atmosphere suck like no one cares to be there. Looks like a run down hang out spot. They should take more pride in their restaurant. Won't be coming back smh.

This place is absolutely legit. I got the polish sausage and my buddy got the patty melt and fries.
My polish sausage was amazing. The bread was soft, the sausage had a nice snap to it, and the peppers and onions were perfectly cooked. My buddy's patty melt was pretty thick and he really enjoyed it as well. I stole a couple of his fries, too, which were crisp, perfectly-seasoned, and delicious.
I'll definitely be back here for more great food!!
