I have never had a disappointing experience at Big Dave’s however, this experience was exceptionally good. As a cool Mother’s Day highlight, my boys wanted to have an experience that was as close to home as we can get! This sandwich reminded me soo much of home, I may as well have taken a flight, minus the mild sauce (we put that on everything)!
We ordered the Dave’s Way Cheesesteaks and there is absolutely no question, THEY DID THAT! In addition, I received a free eggroll and a flower from their team for Mother’s Day and we added a Banana Pudding which could never hurt a soul! YUMMY!!!
Top notch service, food that’s worth the price, the environment is chill…. 5, 5, and just in case you didn’t read it the first time 5 stars for sure!!!
Stopped in to get food & get out of rush hour traffic for a few minutes. The place was empty, so food was prepared quick. My cheesesteak was cooked well and tasted great. Service was prompt, and .y order was correct. I'd come back again.

I stopped in for lunch, last minute. Food is always good. The young man at the counter, Rashon, was very helpful. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The management was present in store and nicely answered questions I had. Customer service was excellent. Great job guys!
Free parking. The Dave way was okay, nothing to brag about, and the bread was thick as hell. It's pricey. I was not too fond of the banana pudding; it was bland with vanilla wafers. I would not recommend that at all. Egg Rolls are pretty good. I spent 30 dollars for three items.
The service was great, I did have to send my Dave's way cheesesteak because I didn't see the cheese but below is the remake. Thanks Jordan and crew.
Update: 11/29/23 Ordered the Philly cheese combo and the meat was bland, bland, and bland not even a sprinkle of salt. The fries ???? were horrible and cheap, tasted as if they were freezer burned ???? and then fried. Went to get a drink from the machine and every drink was pure sugar no carbonation smh! My salmon and philly egg rolls well but fried all the way through (doughy) not only that they weren't labeled so that I could distinguish which was which. Dave get back to your restaurants because this one is going down hill. The key ???? is consistency and customer retention along with attracting new customers. Your staff needs and refresher training because they don't care.
I have been wanting to try this place since it was located inside the gas station in Dunwoody I just never got the chance. We finally tried the new location and let me say the 3 stars isn't for the food but for the wait. The restaurant wasn't packed and all we ordered was 2 philly's, fries, one cheesesteak egg roll, one salmon egg roll and an order of garlic parmesan chicken wings and waited over 45 minutes! There were people coming in placing their orders after we arrived and left way before us. There had to be some sort of miscommunication between the front staff and the kitchen. I had to walk up and ask about our order no apology nothing! Just a he's bagging it and waited an additional 15 minutes. The philly was delicious, the egg rolls were delicious as well as the chicken wings but the overall customer service not so much. There were even others asking what was going on. This waa my first and last time supporting once I get a certain vibe from an establishment I'll never patronize it again and I got that vibe here.
Rashon was very pleasant and very welcoming! He gave us great service and I surely want to say how clean and fresh it smells in here as a restaurant! Brought my family here from Miami because they been hearing about the Famous Big Dave Cheesesteaks! They were blown away! I highly recommend this place for good savory food and amazing service.. We will be back!! May God bless this establishment abundantly ????????????????????????
