Hands down the worst detail experience I have ever had. Recently purchased a used truck and had it detailed by big city. Paid $190. Buttons on the radio panel were hardly touched, sections between the seats weren’t vacuumed, one of rear passenger windows wasn’t even cleaned or wiped down, windshield had streaks and leather seats were coated and greasy in “protectant”. Absolutely abysmal

Joe & his crew are outstanding. We’ve used him for both detailing and shuttling and both services were above superb. I continue you use him and refer his business to everyone I know looking for auto detailing or shuttle/limo services.

We made a very last minute request for a 6 person ride to occur 2 days later and Joe was able to accommodate us and responded to my online request quickly after placing it. Mark our driver showed up 20 minutes early to make sure he was at the correct house and then drove us in the snow to our destination in downtown Milwaukee and then home again in more snow 4 hours later. The shuttle was clean and had a very fun atmosphere to it. Will hire them again for our next adventure.

Joe and his team are AMAZING!!! My van chauffeured around my three young kids and two massive hairy slobbery dogs for 10 years. It was disgustingly dirty????????. Joe and his team had my interior just as sparkling clean as when I bought it from the factory. Super fast service and even offered me a shuttle ride while they had my vehicle. I would highly recommend them to ANYBODY!!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED, I GUARANTEE IT!

I honestly could not be happier with how good my vehicle looked after Joe detailed it. I had no luck at Wilde Honda after purchasing a Honda Pilot. They said they would detail it and there were buffer marks everywhere.

I met Joe as I was staring like a deer in the headlights at the automotive remedies in Walmart (don’t talk to strangers they said...). He helped me pick some things out before even mentioning he did detail work. I asked for his phone number so I could setup an appointment if my buffing skills didn’t work. Long story short, I called Joe and he got me in the next week! Went to pick it up and it looks GORGEOUS. I absolutely will be bringing our vehicles back again and again. You can tell how dedicated he is to his work as he’s dripping sweat while wiping down your vehicle. Thanks Joe!!!!

Big City Limo, and specifically JC our driver, were absolutely wonderful!!! From booking, confirming, then our evening out every step was seamless. The limo was clean and comfortable, JC was so fun and courteous. Overall an awesome experience!! Thank you Big City Limo!

Had my jet black Silverado exterior revived here. They did a great job, put a lot of hard work into it, and the exterior has never looked better. They went above and beyond what I was expecting, provided good information about future care, and good overall service. The price was more than reasonable for the effort required as well. I wouldn't hesitate to take any vehicle here for detailing in the future.

Joe goes above and beyond with every vehicle that I have cleaned by him and his crew. I took my car that has not seen a car wash in a year and had a strong spoiled milk odor (This was from the milk that someone spilled in the trunk) to him and got a polished gem that smelled like roses back. I would recommend taking your car to him if you want your car to be as clean and shinny as the day you bought it!
