Very disappointed today.
I have gone here multiple times previously and gotten a dark meat special with two legs instead of the leg and thigh. I have even gone times where they told me they were completely out of legs and could only give me thighs which was fine, I took what was available.
However, today going through the drive-thru the two ladies explain to me that they could not give me two legs even though they indeed HAD legs in store. They said "Because we are low on legs, We cannot give you two legs. We have to give you a leg and a thigh".
I'm not concerned with a customer that MIGHT want those legs later that day like I did so many times, but if you HAVE LEGS then I should be able to buy them. *Needless to say I'll be eating my dinner somewhere else tonight.
I'm glad whoever's running the show there decided to risk an Absolute profit on a Possible profit. ✌️
My wife and I came in today and ordered an eight piece chicken with a vegetable platter and a caramel cake slice for dessert. The chicken was fried very crispy and it was served hot so it was fresh out of the grease was very enticing looking but when we’ve been into it, we found it to taste, very salty and very little of the flavor except for a head of pepper, the veggie platter, which consisted of some fried mushrooms Butter beans and green beans was OK but nothing to write home about. The caramel cake was very tasty. That was the best part of our visit, except it was slightly too small. I would’ve paid for a bigger slice, all in all our experience was OK but we probably won’t be back except maybe for the wings. Also, the dining experience was a little annoying because the door in the front slams close every time someone comes in or out of the establishment.
Big Chic usually has great food, friendly staff, fast service. They actually have really great salads. HOWEVER the salad I got yesterday was extremely old. Everything else we ordered was good.
In todays economy it is so important to get the best food possible when eating out.

The French fries were hot and delicious. Just the right amount of salt
Chic filet all the way was just ok. We got 3 meals ($10 plus change each) and we all agreed that the chic filet was lacking seasoning. They were hot and fresh though and loved the seeded buns
All of the lettuce tomatoes onions etc were all very fresh
We would eat here again. I have heard that they have great salads so will have to try that next time
Stopped by here on the way to Thomaston. My wife used to visit the one there with her grandad back in the day. The fried chicken didn’t disappoint and the fries were just crisp enough. This is worth the trip and i suggest everyone should visit.
Every time I’ve been to this location it’s been good. Chicken sandwich is fresh and crispy, the Pepsi actually taste like Pepsi and not carbonated water, fries hot and fresh every time as-well. With prices $10 plus a combo these days it’s nice to have quality as well. Thanks to the owner, managers, and staff for caring about their clients.
I enjoyed my lunch in a clean place. The food was tasty, hot, and fresh. Try the ocra, thighs, and fries. You must use some hot sauce for the chicken it compliments it perfectly. Go. Eat. Enjoy.
Got chicken breasts and fries. Chicken was barely edible and fries were completely inedible. Time to go somewhere else.
