Spent $40 and no one could eat anything! Chili cheese fries were nothing but a salt lick, coleslaw was so sweet it tasted like dessert, the chicken was dry on the inside and soft (not crunchy) on the outside. No seasoning or flavor on the dried out chicken. Rolls were hard and stale. Ended up throwing all of this garbage food in the trash and ate cereal for supper!
I just want to say thank you to this restaurant for accepting a last minute large order to feed our family after my aunt’s funeral. We found out there was not enough food leaving the church and I called to place a large order. By the time we made it to the repast, Big Chick had delivered the food and no one knew we had been close to having no food. Thank you.
While passing through town, I always wanted to stop here and finally got the chance to. Me and my cousin had just finished a job and were headed home. We have a Big Chic in our town and wanted to see this one. This one has a larger menu and seemed to specialize in hot wings instead of individual pieces of chicken. I liked the atmosphere and wanted to dine in. The place was empty. We got to the counter, and the lady behind the register looked like she was bothered that customers came in, not too friendly or polite. We looked over the menu and ordered and paid. She gave the order to the cook who said she would have to cook it to order, which we didn't mind. Finally, I jokingly asked the cashier if she could smile, which she didn't. We went to sit down, and she went back to her phone and taking drive through orders. While waiting, we saw numerous signs saying, "We're glad you're here." Which was funny because the cashier didn't seem to feel that way. We got our orders about 10-13 min later. Our food was great, hot and fresh. We finished our food and thanked the cashier for having us. My only advice to this establishment would be to have more friendly staff to be the first person you see coming in and to live up to their sign of being glad we came.
Stopped by in drive thru last week to grab something. Ordered 1/2 liver 1/2 gizzards order. Did not order drink are fries and was charged almost $15. Received order and got home. Was very disappointed. Not only was the order very small but half was just fried batter. Place use to be very good years ago. But not anymore.
Hit or miss on this place. I hear they change owners about twice a year. But this is the worse I have ever seen. How do you not see these rings are burned, and you still send them out, worse is the person's packing them should have sent them back

Love there wings and reasonable very friendly atmosphere the older lady is super sweet runs front counter.she needs to be employ of the month with her picture taken.
Excellent chicken salad. Ask for toasted wheat bread on my sandwich, apparently it's pre-toasted and cold. Also had chicken tortilla soup, very good, very small, plus drink $13.03 not bad. Fast service, busy place, clean and cute restroom.
They had great mild hot wings..even a daily special of 10 wings for $5. Plenty of sauce on them. For $7 you can get fries and the wings. Wings are not huge but big enough. Friendly service as well!
