Another BBQ joint on the list to try and Big C's was up. I got the 3 meat 2 side with brisket, ribs, and wings with Mac and supposed to be beans but got 2 macs unfortunately. The owner and workers were nice and friendly, the brisket was tender but needs more seasoning, ribs were tender and heavy hickory smoke with heavy sauce on top, the wings needed seasoned after fried but were not dry inside. The Mac was good and can tell it is made with melted sprinkle cheese. Overall, good place and support the start from just doing ribs at lunch to a full business! That's a great thing and local BBQ is always better than a commercial franchise.
Big C's BBQ is amazing! The pulled pork tacos are SOOO crazy good! (So are the ribs, and the brisket!) And then to top it all off, the owners and the staff are always smiling and very friendly.

Got to try Goshen’s new BBQ! Found the menu on Facebook, tried to call in twice but only answering machine. Our stomachs were set on having bbq. Drove to town and ordered pound of pulled pork, pound of ribs, coleslaw, Mac and cheese. Ran next door as it was going to be 15 minutes. Picked up and it was a hard drive back home with all the food smells. Four of us ate our fill and there was around half left. We did get order of pulled pork tacos since we seen someone else get them when going up to order. Look forward to trying the sausage and wings in the future.

Love the food. I got the 2 meat with 2 sides and had plenty to take home. Ribs were a healthy size and tender. Pulled pork was tender and flavorful and plenty. Mac and cheese was like grama used to make, not out of the oven and the potato salad was very good too. Great prices and plenty of food. Service was fast and order was accurate the first time. My only note would be is it gets noisy with several customers scooting chairs back and forth. Maybe some rubber tips would be helpful.
Got the chopped brisket tacos and mac & cheese. Wasn't sure how the brisket tacos would be but they were good and very tender. This was one of the best mac & cheese I ever had too and you don't get them reheated sides like other places. It's all made fresh and you can tell. My food was ready in 15 minutes after the call. You'll spend that much time trying to get some fast food garbage so might as well come here and get quality instead of throwing your money away. It's a small business and the people were very nice. I'll be coming back when I'm in the area again. THANK YOU! ????
Our first time dining here. Wow!! Food was excellent. Could cut my brisket with a fork and such good flavor. Their sides, baked beans, Cole slaw, Mac and cheese are another wow! Will be back very soon.
