I used the self serve truck wash today for the first time. called ahead to ask a few questions and received excellent feedback from the owner. The employee on site gave me awesome advice, which is already spelled out on the wall if you should happen to be there when he’s not. I left with a clean, brushless wash and a big smile. Thanks to Big Boyz!!!
Washbay just have one spraygun. Not helpfull or nice staff. Keep on trucking
They don’t tell you that they place a $154 hold on your credit card before a washout! I’ll definitely be reporting this to the BBB because had I know there was going to be a hold placed, I would’ve placed the charge on my credit card vs my debit card.
The water lost pressure and the hose that connects to the sprayer isn’t fitted correctly so be prepared that the trailer won’t be only thing getting sprayed and soaked!
This place use to be decent and convenient when they charged $38 for a washout that THEIR employees washed out but now YOU the customer are not only washing out the trailer yourself but you’re still getting charged $38! Ridiculous!

Im a company driver, and they pay for trailer washouts. This place charged the company $38.50 for the washout but charged me $20 for someone to do it for me. Why not just bundle the whole thing together instead of charging it separately?
Don’t come to this places to washout the Reffer trailer. They want charge $150.00 security deposit in my credit card plus $38:00 for 30 minutes pressure washer. And $1.35 more for extra minutes. Never come back to this places. You need washout the trailer yourself.
$35 wash charge turns into a $150 pending charge. Not cool at all. Was advised it will pend for up to 72 hrs. A real good way to scare off customers.
Excellent soap/chem and pressure for washing your truck.
