Food was great! Stephanie was our server, she was really nice and came often to ask if we needed coffee refills, a staff member gave away toys for the kids.
Lots of Halal options.
OMG I LOVE BIG BOYS my first time at this location and it was AMAZING clean friendly food was on point AND THE DESERT WAS PERFECTION I HAVE NEVER HAD MY DESERT MADE SO PRETTY AND PERFECT. Jackie was my WAITRESS AND SHE WAS AMAZING DEFINITELY COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION
I stopped by here after going to an appointment at Garden City Hospital. a few patrons were there but not many the staff seemed happy and getting along and doing things well and let me tell you my food was given to me quickly it was hot and tasty and the staff were pretty darn cool Hats off to you. You guys are doing a good job.
My previous reviews of this big boy were pretty poor, but the last few times we've gone it has been quite good, so I am updating my entire review.
Coffee was medium strength.
French fries were excellent and crispy.
Coleslaw was the long strand style and not too sweet, making it very good.
Swiss Miss was also excellent, burger was super juicy and the bun was perfect.
Classic Big Boy was as good as when I was a kid.
Fried steak breakfast is good.
Veal Parmesan had crispy breading (you now get two patties) just like when I was a kid.
Dolly Chicken Sandwich is excellent. Really big.
Bathroom floor was stickier than a beehive.
Big Boy doesn’t seem as popular as it used to be but I still love their slim Jim sandwich. To be healthier I subbed my fries for applesauce for a great meal. I hope they never take this sandwich off the menu.
Great always made fresh and cooked to perfection! Very friendly and personal or staff. Perfect place to shop for lunch or dinner!
Loved the atmosphere haven't had Big Boy in a very long time, it was a wonderful experience to be able to experience it again.
The hostess was wonderful beautiful smile, the food was amazingly delicious I loved every minute of it.

Can only review the food and overall satisfaction. My dad brought me to this big boy when I was a little girl. I'm 56 now. I order once in a while from them to this day. Anyway, back to my story. This is where I was i.troduced to the SlimJim sandwich. Ham, real Swiss cheese, lettuce yummy crunchy ICERBERG lettuce, and a sweet tomato on a sesame seed roll topped with crunchy pickle held with a pretty toothpick. I LOVED it! I think everyone back then loved it and the other food they offered also, back then. I'm disappointed to say the least! Yesterday I ordered SlimJim's (2) because I crave em' sometimes. The SlimJims that I received yesterday, I'm sorry to say, were the worst ever! One wasn't edible and I threw it away on the spot. I saved one to show you what they looked like when I received them. I mat try again someday in the not so near future. There are pictures below of what I received. Please do better. You'll receive better.
