Randy was super understanding and was able to pick us up from more than 60 miles out. Riding with him was super fun, and he is super friendly! We really got lucky calling him than any other taxi service because it was such a great, personal ride! Definitely recommend this service to everyone and anyone.

Randy was so professional and got me to Lexington Airport on time for my very early flight. My ride canceled last minute and Blue Taxi was the only cab service that answered my call in the wee hours…make sure to plan ahead if you’re staying in Frankfort KY! His prices are reasonable and Randy got me to the airport for my flight.

By assuming I can pick up Uber on my return, I went to the outside of Lexington. Though my return flight time was approaching, I had no luck to get a cab via ride apps (I had no one to call for the help). Then, I desperately called Big Blue Taxi, and Randy agreed to pick me up and somehow he brought me to the airport in time. If I missed the flight on that day, I would have faced so many issues to re-arrange all my business meetings on the following day at Houston. I cannot thank him enough!
I can't say enough good things about Randy and Big Blue Taxi! We live in Des Moines, Iowa, and my son is a UK student. He always takes flights with needing to be at airport around 4am. Getting up that early + college student....well, we worry :) Twice pre-scheduled and paid in advance Ubers didn't show up. Randy has communicated with us and on time every time, getting him to the airport on time and safe! So much stress taken off of us. Thank you! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ????????????????????
