Erin did a wonderful job today on my hair!! Shes very friendly.

First experience was amazing, my stylist was very nice and talked me through the process but I called for a second appointment, told them my next issue that id like to have corrected with my hair and the woman laughed in my face and told me hairdressers aren't magicians.

Very unprofessional and rude, instead of making jokes and insulting customers try offering other solutions or ideas bc it's Your job.

Never coming back.

I wanted to get mine and my daughter's hair cut walked in and I was introduced to a sweet lady named Alicia Donihoo. It was my daughter's first time to get her hair cut, she was so patient with her and talked to her the whole time. I would definitely recommend her. She cut my hair and I love it. Prices was reasonable. Hands down best experience I had at a salon

1st visit was great.

2nd visit I asked for 1 haircut and she shaved 95% of my hair, completely not what I requested or wanted. She had a friend visiting the whole time I was there and was more interested in talking to her friend than her client. Won't be going back.

9/4/19 I came into The Big Apple without an appointment and spoke with the owner about getting a haircut she sat me up with Amanda Hartline. I showed Amanda a picture of the cut I wanted she said she could do it. Okay great I said. She cut and styled my hair. It looked cute because she had curled my hair with a flat iron and it had a lot of curl to it. Amanda told me that if I got home and washed it and it was uneven she would fix it the next day. Well I did wash and it was very uneven in the back. I had my daughter call her to schedule a time to come in that day ( like she said) and Amanda say oh I am not going to be in today that was 9/5/19. So Amanda said she could fix it at 5 pm tomorrow. I called the owner of the Big Apple to see if anything could be done today to fix it and she said oh I am so sorry but I am just the landlord. Okay so another day at work with the messed up haircut. So today9/6/19 I show up for my 5pm appointment at 4:40 and Amanda Hartline has already gone for the day and won’t be back until next week. The owner was there she said she even knew I was coming at 5 and couldn’t understand why Amanda just left. The owner tried to call her several times and got no answer. My daughter called her several times still no answer. Amanda sent my daughter a text message that read I have already gone for the day. We never confirmed your appointment and I won’t be back in until some time next week. I don’t understand how the owner of the shop knew I had an appointment at 5 today but it’s not confirmed??? I Do Not!!! Recommend Amanda Hartline as a stylist. Even though the owner was apologetic she did nothing to remedy the situation. So I will never spend a dime at The Big Apple from the point on.

Guuurl, you saved my life with that C cut! We have been on a journey with this curly hair and I couldn't be happier! It's been 4yrs or more and my hair couldn't be healthier! Thank you thank you! You Rock Alicia! If anyone here has curly, hair she got you!
