Honest and reasonably priced. I had my utility trailer bearings repacked and one replaced. When at the front counter a customer walked in and said he noticed that he was priced incorrectly on a repair... he wasn't charged enough. He was told that he was charged correctly. The customer handed over some $$$ and said to give it to the technician as a tip. Wow!
This place is a family type garage with friendly people and professional mechanics. These kind of businesses are very hard to find being few and far apart. I’ve lived in North Bend for 15 years and never took my cars and or trucks any place else. Their prices are fair and reasonable. I have had my car serviced here for almost two years, and they have always been friendly, fair, and timely.
I had done major front-end wirk done on my Tahoe last year and their quote was $400 cheaper than another quote I had gotten. The work is guaranteed, and they provide a ride home if you like or they have a waiting room for oil changes. I have always felt they were thorough, but were never trying to gouge me or sell me repairs thst were not quite necessary (unlike another repair shop in Coos Bay).????

Always the best of service! I have been coming here for years because of how I get treated. They don't talk down to my wife if she comes in with trouble. All mechanics are pricey. This one is no different. The difference is in the service. The are always friendly and, to me, eager to go the extra mile. I've gone elsewhere once, never again!
They did a fantastic job
They had just what I needed at a reasonable price, and the counter guy came out to my car to make sure that the part would fit. They are kind of off the beaten path, so don't seem to get a lot of traffic, but I like them and they are convenient for Empire residents.
