Best WLM Reviews
We placed an order on The “too good to go” app. If you’re not familiar with this app, it’s an app where you get discounted food items. Your food items are a surprise. You do not get to pick what the food items are. We understood that going in. We paid $5.99 for what was supposed to be a value of $18.99. When we arrived, we were met by two women who didn’t seem like they wanted to be bothered with us. When we told them that we were here to pick up a too good to go app order they kind of looked at each other like oh not one of these again. The one girl said I’ll take care of it. She grabbed a small pizza box went behind the counter came back and handed it to us. We did not know what was inside the box at the time. When we opened the box in the vehicle, we were surprised to see that there was only three slices of pizza. Probably a $8-9 value. Once again the value of the items as listed on the app was supposed to be $18.99. We have gone to this restaurant before, sat down and had a decent meal, paid full price and received good service but because of this incident, I don’t think we’ll be going back.
This food is disgusting. Got a buffalo chicken pizza and it was like soup on bread. The Mac and cheese bites seemed microwaved out of a frozen bag. I didn’t expect them to be house made but at least fried crispy and the marinara with it was disappointing as well. My boyfriend said the kid at the counter laughed when he gave my name to pick up the order, I didn’t think anything of it but now I believe it’s because they new they were giving me a trash pizza. They should be embarrassed to serve something like this
Took the family out to dinner tonight at Biaggios. This was not the first time we've eaten here, and I admit I enjoyed the first time and ½. However, tonight was just off. First, a female member of the waitstaff had a bit of a rude disposition. Fine, no big deal ordered dinner for five people. We had calamari and garlic knots, and as we know them, disco fries for appetizers. Then, we ordered a large cheesesteak, Biaggio chicken nachos, spaghetti, and meatball, and one order of shrimp scampi over spaghetti noodles. Everyone enjoyed their meals except for me.
I decided to try the eggcellent burger, which was anything but. We all ended up taking leftovers home, and my child wanted to take home the rest of the soda that wasn't finished. I asked for a to go cup and was brought a small. I asked for a larger one and was told we don't give large cups out. I am quite confused. My family of five just bought 3 appetizers, 5 dinners, and 5 sodas spent $189.00 + a tip, so ruffly $250.00, and taking the rest of an unfinished soda that was not refilled is a problem? Definitely should have told them my real thoughts about the rubbery half scrambled egg and the weird textured meatloaf type hamburger patty they served me. I should have asked for it to be taken off the bill then. I'm not impressed anymore. Three stars were given because the rest of the family enjoyed their meals, and our waiter was nice.
What an amazing experience. The food is always great. The service is flawless.
Best pizza joint in the valley in my opinion. Tons of options and they will customize anything you ask for. Portions are outta control which is great for leftovers. Large sandwiches can easily feed four people. Staff is always great to deal with and the owner loves to have a conversation with the customers. This is the only place my family and I get pizza and more since we moved in the area. Cup and char pepperoni with sweet sauce is a banger!
Good family business restaurant. All the family pictures on the wall show the history and roots of this restaurant run deep!
The cleanliness, the welcoming attitude of the employees and owners are very important.
The mozzarella cheese sticks are home made and amazing!
The five cheese pizza is sooo good especially if you love cheese like I do. The canolies are so good and appearance of all their food is great.
I’ve ordered often but this is my first time dining in here. Definitely check it out!
0/10 WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND. I went here today just a couple of minutes ago and left seconds later because the customer service was that bad. Renovations are something you should close your store for because it’s unsanitary doing that around people who are EATING. Every other store closes for renovations. I saw they were moving booths in and out of the ONLY entrance for customers so I stepped to the side in between 2 tables to get out of their way and be nice. I was approached with “are you here for pick up?” I said no which he replied with “What are you doing? We have a hostess you can’t just sit down” I wasn’t even sitting. There wasn’t even a visible sign that said “wait to be seated” either. I didn’t even get a chance to glance at the menu before I was bombarded with questions fueled by frustration. Based on other reviews maybe you should sell the shop to people who can manage their attitudes because your staff seems to enjoy being disrespectful. I suggest everyone who thinks about going here to just go across the parking lot to Applebees I’m certain you will receive MUCH better service.
Biaggio's has one of the best cheesesteaks in the Valley. To say that they are absolutely massive would be an understatement. The small is what would be a large anywhere else. The large was bigger than my forearm and gave me 4 meals by the time I finished it. The quantity, however, comes with a cost. 1 large cheesesteak, 1 small Chicken Parm sandwich, and 1 order of fries was close to $50. I think it might still be worth it, but whew....
