We had a U-Haul pickup scheduled at this location at 9AM which was the earliest we could schedule and because I had to schedule an elevator for moving at my new apartment place, we were on a tight timeframe to meet the appointment time. When we came to pick up the U-Haul truck, no one was at the location. I had to call the U-Haul reservations center and they could not get ahold of the location at all so they moved our reservation location setting us back an hour. Very unprofessional to not show up and open on time when someone has a reservation time for pick up.
On Saturday, 4/14/18 My husband and I were returning home from a mission trip, when our motor home starting having engine problems. I called ahead at each exit we neared to see if anyone could assist us. Most places were either closed or had no mechanic on duty.
I called BG Trucking, they advised, they could help if we could get to them. Fortunately they are not that far off the exit. We were met by Jeremiah when we got there, he got us in, and was very conscious about finding out what the problem was. He even took his shoes off when coming into the Motor home, which wasn't necessary, and went out with my husband for a test drive after the work was complete .
