This dermatology office is the place to go! Staff at the front desk is very welcoming and friendly, especially Lucas. So much so it makes me excited to come to my appointment. I also appreciate the diversity here too. The doctor always listens which is very much appreciated, I’ve had experiences with past doctors that take one step into the room and prescribe something without even listening to me! Always a wonderful experience :)
I find Dr. Khasak to be a very skilled dermatologist. He listens carefully and never rushes me as a patient. He communicates and operates with expertise, as does his helpful and warm assistant, Alina. The entire staff is friendly and quite professional. I am glad I discovered this practice, in the heart of beautiful Newport!
I struggled with acne since the age of 11, both cystic and non cystic, and it seemed to fluctuate with my hormones. Over the years I saw different dermatologists that couldn’t deliver lasting results. I also tried every product from shelf to random remedies shared by people. It was not until the age of 22 when I started visiting this practice and being treated by Dr. Tuazon in March 2023 that I actually have experienced the improvements I’ve longed for all these years. Through this practice I was able to even identify other health problems I needed to address with other practitioners. It has been a year and I have never been this confident or felt this beautiful. Through diligence in my routine and alongside a very competent team of dermatologists and nurses, I have been able to recover gorgeous skin! Thank you to the reception staff as well. I’ve recommended friends to this place as they’ve seen my transformation and many have found their own success as well.
The staff was rude, especially Adel Rahman. Who claim to be the office manager. He had me wait in the office for about 2hrs then I must provide them with SS# other wise I wouldn’t be seen by the doctor. I’ve visited the office multiple times and never been asked for my SS# my insurance covers everything. But Abdelrahman wouldn’t let me be seen by doctor just for that reason. The office cared more about money than its patients
I have been going to this office for almost 3 years, I came in due to cystic acne during my teenage years and Dr. Jeffrey Touzon and his assistant Orchid have truly transformed my skin. Throughout my years, I also had a great amount of hair loss and got excellent treatment by Jeffrey Touzon and his incredible assistant Orchid. Now my hair is exceptionally long, full and healthy, I continue to get my treatments done with Orchid and do not let anyone but her touch my hair or face. I truly learned that being consistent with the medical professionals you trust, in my case Jeffrey Touzon and Orchid, you will achieve the skin of your dreams. Highly recommend!
Very professional and very knowledgeable Doctors. I’ve been seeing Dr. D. Khasak since early 2,000’s. Dr. Khasak saved my life. He helped diagnose a pituitary brain tumor by doing bloodwork. I only trust him with my face and skin. Eternally grateful. The staff is accommodating, helpful and friendly. Great experience overall.
I have been going here for almost a year now. The staff and doctor really nice I go here for my treatment for my hair. And there is one person who's absolutely amazing is Daniel he is amazing He does not rush, he takes his time.
I genuinely enjoy the service they provide. The staff is always so nice and knowledgeable. Appointments are normally quick.The location has a beautiful view of NYC and a parking lot next to their building. My aunts and cousins come to this office to see Dr. Magakyan. I was recommended by them to see her and I'm glad I listened. Dr. Magakyan is a household name haha :)
