Professionals through and through! Out of state carrier here. Every time you have to use a service on the road we worry about the price and service we are going to receive. Well, let me tell you that this crew is the best over the road service we have ever stumbled upon. Will comfortably call them to fix our trucks when in the area! I got no crank no start after pulling for a break. Checked some fuses didn’t work out, so i found this guy on google and called him for help. Told him what was the issue, told him i checked some fuses but its probably something else idk for sure, he said will come in an hour , hour and a half. Waited two hours he didn’t show up, called him 5-6 times he didn’t answer. I started looking for different option bc my time is very valuable im under load, and he finally called me back said im coming will be there in 30 min. Showed up looked around under and stated its the starter but I don’t have time to do the job now i have other clients with appointments i gotta go, if you want i can come around 5pm . ???? and asking me to pay him $285 for just showing up, and leaving on his own will. I understand if i called him and changed my mind its my responsibility to compensate but this was insane. Honestly i didn’t have time and nerves to argue with him so i paid him to get him out of my head. But Denis, i see you getting offended from negative reviews, this is not how you want to earn yours and take our blood and sweat earned money. If you did the job i would be happy to pay you but this is a ripoff and btw other guy who came replaced the solenoid and the truck was fixed, so it wasn’t the starter like you said!

My 2007 jeep patriot just was given a new lease on life. Contaminated fuel mucked up the fuel pump & filter. Better Days Truck & Auto Repair saved my jalopy from the bone yard. The owner also offered a replacement battery that was smoked. The price was beyond reasonable & a 20% tip was justified. Roadside repair is a bit sketchy, but a qualified set of hands & decades of experience resolves many problems, seen or unseen.
This guy is probably the most underrated Diesel Mechanic in the state of Pennsylvania! Being a great mechanic is not taught in a classroom it’s something you’re born to do , and this guy was born to do this , his knowledge of mechanical issues for out way those of a larger company again he was born for this work 27 years in the trucking business I’ve spent my hard earned money with several trucking companies having to only go back time after time to get it right! This guy knows what he’s doing and stands behind his work! There is no greater advertisement then word of mouth trust me having Better Days handle your truck repairs will make your life allot easier!
Called Dennis out for a coolant leak my coolant reservoir needed replaced he did put a new one on but however do to him rushing the job and not checking his work I almost blew my engine. I drove the next morning after the truck was somewhat repaired and drove about 3 miles before I seen heavy smoke coming from under my hood I immediately went back to my yard and opened my hood and seen that all the connections going to the coolant reservoir where completely disconnected , there were screws loose and the coolant jug was empty , I called Dennis up and sent him pictures of what I seen but I have not gotten a response to date he has been avoiding me and not answering my phone calls. But will awnser the phone when my friends call him from another number. I’d recommend to run when you see this guy because you’ll end up spending more money after he touches your truck so just go to a shop it may cost a little more but at least the work will be done right and you won’t have to miss a days work waiting on more parts when it could be repaired right the first time.

Called Dennis he come to our location pretty fast and did replaced them within an hour and price is really fair as you know many people try to rip you off in this kinda situation but not this guys totally recommending
