Had an enjoyable stay overall. The room was clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable. I was pleased at how quiet the room was, even though it was near the Interstate. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially MacKenzie. The only negative I can mention is the shower chair provided in my accessible room. It's outlived its usefulness. Would stay again and definitely recommend!
Beautiful accommodations; clean, fresh, nicely decorated. We had a King size room and it was very roomy. Although we were only over-nighters, we had to bring up our two coolers and our overnight supplies as we were on a three day trip from FL back home. We really appreciated the refrigerator & freezer compartment - which was big enough to keep our cooler packs frozen and our cooler supplies cool for the night. Chris on the front desk was super efficient, very informative of all available services and a pure delight to deal with. After a long day of driving - he was a 'bright spark' for weary travelers; and brought a chuckle or two as we chatted. ||Not the fault of the hotel: Our only complaint is the 'crazy' access and exit roads to get in and out of this location for meals & gas fill-up. We did a few rounds in the round-about before we could figure out where to go. ||Added point: Bob Evans down the road serves an AWESOME -just-like-home-made turkey dinner. Service was great with a relaxing atmosphere.
Everything was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Arrived late due to weather and traffic and there were no problems with our reservation and the gentleman at the counter was very helpful. Great location right off of 95. Plenty of places to eat and shop.
My wife and I had been between hotels and due to this, we ended up losing the ability to book a King room with the 2 Queen left. We begrudgingly took it, but as we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk intuitively told us he had a King room available if we wanted it...this was unprompted, just before I was about to ask. This was our stay in a nutshell, everyone was very nice, rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I'd say the only negative were the TV sizes, but honestly that is such a small thing. Love the later check out as well!
Very friendly but still pro, in great condition and very clean. One of the best BW hotels I had a pleasure to stay. Very big rooms, with clear layout. Continental breakfast very good with young girl present all time in room, ready to help. I will always recommend this hotel as well will try to use it in the future.
My husband and I stayed one night. It is one of the best Best Westerns we've stayed in. It is newly renovated, nice lobby area, breakfast area and rooms. Room was nicely decorated but simplistic. It was super clean, new carpet, newer bathroom, comfortable bed. Breakfast area offered a variety of hot and cold foods. The area was very clean and well maintained by the staff member. The front desk attendant, Chris, was very personable and friendly. He gave me all pertinent info I needed. The price was very reasonable (Sunday night). We will absolutely stay there again. There was several restaurants within in walking distance and the area seemed safe.
We arrived a short time before check-in and we were able to get the keys early. We were going to an event and we thought we would be late coming back, so that was very helpful to us. Staff was kind and helpful. We have visited the area before and a lot has changed. Even though the area has grown, the service is still good!
When we checked in Chris at reception was very helpful and courteous. We had requested a room away from the elevator as we were very tired after a long trip, He had given us a room that was nicely arranged and very quiet. Chris suggested a few places for dinner plus get 10% off the bill when you show your Best Western room key.
