Excellent place. Even during a remodel, the place is great. Top class service in the Indian/American restaurant which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Complimentary breakfast was superb as well. Pool is not open, but we were not interested in swimming, so was ok.
Room decor was 30 years old. TV did not work. shower water pressure was very low. Face, washcloth hanging in shower, full of pubic hair. no shower gel. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Skip breakfast and stop by McDonald’s. The worst motel I have ever stayed in,
First of all the staff at the front desk was very nice and professional and tried to help me out but they were unable to solve the problems. The TV was not working the phone in the room was broken, there was no shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom. The body wash was almost empty. The ice machine was broken outside of room 121. I was able to fix the TV after I moved to dresser it was on, the plug was bent into the wall socket.
Amazing! Lonnie and her staff are just the friendliest and kindest hotel employees u can imagine. Incredibly accommodating and making us feel super welcome. The rooms are spacious and the courtyard is magnificent. A wonderful recommendation for traveling on a budget. ✨????Pleunie and Seth
Positive: The service personnel were outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. Front Desk night clerk was terrific considering the very lat check in. Negative: It is a little dated. It could use a face lift. New grout around the tubs and a paint job would do wonders. Negative: ""
We were traveling with another couple and booked our rooms at the same time. She checked in first then myself. We got directions to our rooms and off we went only to find her room was already occupied by someone else. Thankfully the people were not in the room at the time she opened the door just their belongings, she went back to the desk and was assigned another room which was to be an upgrade for the previous issues. When they entered the second room the same occurred, this room was also occupied by someone else. The hotel manager actually. They were irate and the clerk hardly apologized. They were finally given another room. I feel they should have been comped or at a minimum a discount which neither occurred. Best western is not our go to hotels and from now forward I doubt it would be. Very disappointed.
I didn’t want to write this review but we stayed here for 2 nights and the first night, my husband went to the bathroom and noticed the toilet wasn’t flushing good so he lifted the fresh water lid to inspect and he found a meth pipe. We weren’t even offered a discount for the inconvenience and my young son having to see this. I would like to mention that the two ladies working in the front on 12/26 at around 4pm were very nice!
I paid way too much for this place, but the room was large. Ask for building D if you want a room with interior access. Breakfast was at the adjoining restaurant. Good selection including French toast, bacon, potatoes, and eggs. We did not check out the pool.
