Best WLM Reviews

We stayed in the main building where the main lobby is located. Be sure to note half the hotel is set up like an outside motel and only a small portion of rooms located inside.||Pros: Beds were clean, mattresses in bed bags, and comfortable even for those with back problems. Ample seating, mini fridge and freezer section. Window opens for fresh air. ||Cons: Entire hotel needs a thorough cleaning. Our room foot paths, beds, and main surfaces were clean. Outside of those areas don't touch. Around the AC unit/window area had mold on the walls. The pool is run down, had broken tiles (very sharp) on one side on the pool where you would walk but can easily go around it. The pool is not heated and was beyond ice cold. (Hot tub was good and worked well). ||
I wanted (needed!) a safe, clean place to take my five and three year old for spring break for a few nights while my husband stayed at home (1.5 hours away) with our one year old and I was so happy this hotel met both of those criteria! I spoke with Autumn at the front desk a few times before our arrival and she was sweet as can be. Breakfast was great! The pool temperature was perfect and the hot tub was ridiculously relaxing. The lady at the front desk that stayed on top of the breakfast area was so helpful and responsive! We will absolutely be staying with them again as we have good friends in the area. Thank you for keeping myself and children safe on our first "big adventure"!
We've now stayed here a couple times. We love the Jacuzzi rooms and reasonable price. Very convenient to Holland and Grand Haven downtowns.
The bed was very comfortable though we brought our own thin pillows. Hot water for the tub was instant and plentiful.
The rooms showed age and obvious repairs. We expect that at this price point.
We will stay here again and you should too.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean an comfy. They had a hot breakfast which is always nice. The price was reasonable. The only thing was the bathtub dripped all night. It was nice to park right outside the door to our room. Didn’t have far to carry luggage.
Not worth the price. The only difference between my worst hotel stay and this hotel stay is that I haven't found a bed bug yet.
My air conditioner is making an actual raid siren sound. After reporting it, the maintenance man said, "It's not that loud." It's 506, come check it out yourself...
The manager, Autumn, wouldn't work with me in any way. Useless. 3 sleepless nights and counting. When I asked to get my own room, the price went up to $150 from the $95 that is was two days prior. They wouldn't honor the original price, despite the dilemma.
50% price gouging on a non-holiday weekend is gross in itself... but this hotel isn't worth $95 let alone $150. It's a $60 spot, no more.
The rooms were clean, the front desk lady was amazing too. It was a last minute decision to go and they had shampoo, conditioner, makeup wiped, tooth brush and tooth paste.|They also had an incredible breakfast bar that was complimentary. |We will definitely be back!|Thank you for the great memories of spring break 2024!
Clean, good sized rooms, quiet, with a screen door to allow fresh air in. Quick check in and friendly associates. We love the courtyard rooms, but all of them are nice rooms. We never have any problems when we stay. The prices aren't bad at all. 10/10
Clean rooms. Plenty of pillows per bed! Great pool area. Desk girl when we came in was super nice. Breakfast VERY basic. Lady getting food ready not a happy person but had food restocked. Would go again. This was our second time using this hotel.
