Ordered this because I have two kids who need car seats, and they said they'd provide the seats for us. On the way to the airport they provided only one seat. On the way back I made it clear I needed two seats. They arrived at the airport 30 minutes late and again only had one car seat we had to install ourselves.
DONT LET MY MISTAKE BE YOURS.
Waste of time. They said call an hour before needed to give them time. Well it's been 1hr 45 min. I called office for an update Per driver's GPS he will be there in 9 min. He showed up 25 min later.
DO NOT USE THIS CAR SERVICE! THE PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE AND HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR YOUR TIME. THEY WILL SCHEDULE ANOTHER PASSENGER PICKUP WITHOUT YOU CONSENT AND WILL NOT LET YOU JNOW IN ADVANC AND CAUSE YOU TO BE LATE TO YOUT DESTINATION AND THEIR VEHICLES SMELL LIKE URINE AND THEIR DRIVERS ARE TERRIBLE. INE OF THE DRIVERS WAS TALKING TO HIMSELF AND ALMOST STARTED A CONFRONTATION WITH A PEDESTRIAN. STAY AWAY!!
Arrived promptly and the driver was very helpful and personable. Reasonable price. Will definitely call again.
They had me waiting 45 minutes for a local ride. I would not recommend you using this car service and might as well just use uber or eastland.
