best tire and value has been closed for about a year or so ago. they said they were relocating to blounstown.
Best Value Tire and Alignment has redeemed themselves. I had a couple of issues but I try to give local business three chances. This was their third and last chance! Best Value Tire and Alignment hit it out of the park! I explained to the owner Stevie the issues I had and he actually listened apologized and kept his word that future service would be better. I dropped the explorer off and within thirty minutes my explorer was ready with brand new tires. Cliff and Stevie helped me out and was patient. If a customer finds one thing wrong they're going to pick it apart. That's what I'm doing now and they've been very helpful and understanding. I'm taking my truck in to have a lift installed. The price Minco quoted me was $1000 more then what Best Value Tire and Alignments quoted me. Truly the Best Value. I love spending my hard earned money with small local businesses and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Radiator hose blew out. Had to have it towed to Best Tire And Value. They said they would have the part the next day. I checked with them and it was fixed before the time they said. Thank you very much for everything. This is the only car I have, and they understood that and went out of their way to help me.
I took my vehicle here for a alignment because I replaced a tire rod. Was told they couldn't align it because I needed to replace the rack abd pinion at 1800. I took it somewhere else and all I needed was to replace the lug nuts after that I took it to alignment shop in town and got it aligned with no problem. Don't trust these people. Sorry
These people are so nice and professional. They tell you exactly what is wrong with your auto along with an estimate. They tell how critical it is to your safety as well as what it will do to your auto, no pressure. I would recommend to everyone. They will continue to service my autos.
If I could give 10 stars I would. They have always given me a warm welcome and fair prices. I have my oil changed multiple times and had a hole in my tire repaired here. I always recommend them to others. Don’t bother with anyone else.
These guys are the most honest alignment shop I've seen. They warned me about worn tie rods when I went in for an alignment and tire mount and even brought me to the back and showed me. They were open and honest about everything, and they worked with me, being tight on money to come up with a plan to get the repair done as soon as possible and to save as much money as possible. I've had other shops in the past not tell me about similar issues on previous vehicles with the goal of having me come back to spend money sooner. I'll be using this shop for my wheel and suspension work from now on.
U-haul Customers Please Read: I didn't read the previous reviews. I wish I would have. Pick up went well. The young man helped me back up the trailer and connect. That was perfect.
The return was not so perfect. I went inside, the same young man, was helping. He told me where to put it and did not come out to help. I am still ok with the no help backing it up and disconnecting. I went back inside and asked him if we are good and he told me he would get the trailer checked back in. In my mind I though awesome but my gut said somethings not right. I returned the trailer on the 23rd. On the 27th i receive an email from U-haul showing that I check in the trailer on the 27th at the same time i picked it up. I was charged a lot of extra money for time that I didn't use the trailer because the young man behind the counter did not check in my trailer like he said he would. I'm not sure if they get a commission off the dollar amount booked but if so I can see why they didn't check the trailer back in until days later. Which was the original plan to give it back on the 27 but in Blue Ridge, GA.
U-haul is working with me to try and make things right.
