The workers were courteous. I called them first and asked if they had the tire size that I needed for my car. They put me on hold to go check. When they said yes. They gave me the price over the phone as well. When I arrived, they knew who I was. They had finished with a customer, and they immediately started on mine. Great service, good tires, and good prices. I recommend them.
I would really like the owner or management to reach out to me before I write a review online. I have used this shop for years and have had nothing but great experiences until today. I never fault a place for one bad experience. Please let me know a way to contact you to address my concerns.
Needed 2 used tires. They had 2 Goodyear perfect condition they looked new, for a really good price. Service was fast and they were very friendly.
Called them at 7:30 in the morning to confirm they had my correct tire size. I let them know I'd be on my way .They had me wait over 30 minutes with promises of being on the way only to keep me waiting longer. I ended up being late for work and I did reach out and let them know how they went about things was unprofessional and inconsiderate.Be communicative and honest with clients from the start . The office opening hours clearly state 6am so for me to be waiting past 8:30 only to wind up going elsewhere is insane.
Very Friendly, sang the whole time in the rain changing my tire!! High recommend didn’t even know they been here for a YEAR.. will definitely return from now on… have very good trend on the use tires!!!
I came here to get 4 tires put on and not even got them balanced and at first charged me 200 but then came down to 175.This is very unprofessional and they acted racists to us. I would not advise anyone to come here.
Called and said what tires I needed and received a price Once i got there he charged me $100 extra and put FOUR different size tires on my car Asked for a receipt He replied Why you don't need it I remember who you are... Couple days later my tire was flat Went back to get it fixed TWO days later and day same tire I got fixed comes off my rim as I'm driving down highway I wouldn't recommend him to anyone
Never got a bad tire from these guys always prompt and polite I miss them being open 24/7 because I always have people needing their services late night but I know it’s coming back!!!
