Best WLM Reviews
This is the only restaurant I could find that serves Thai Boat Noodles as this underrated dish is very hard to find on the East Coast.
The bowl had plenty of meatballs and sliced beef where I couldn't even finish mine. I can taste the five spices and it had a little bit sweetness. I added their fried chili pepper oil sauce.
The papaya som tum salad was pretty good even though it wasn't hot at all (A 7 Thai hot level)
The place is very clean and decorated with beautiful Thai art.
Honestly was awful! I'm pretty sure the salmon was rancid. It was slimy and had dark patches in places, and tasted very off. All signs of bad salmon.
I didn't have any until later after my wife had a piece and realized too late that it was bad because she was super hungry. She threw up later that night. Not good for a hot pot that may have under cooked food.
Also all of the vegetables, noodles, and seafood were frozen. Understandable for the sea food to be frozen as thats required for sushi, but it should not come out frozen. Got dumplings and could tell the meat inside was freezer burned. It's safe to assume that all their food is frozen.
With their high price tag I can't reccomened this place at all.
The food was so good!! And the service was the best I've had since we arrived in Orlando!
We first went to Thai Thani we have been there many times over decades. They we busy, and they suggested faster service on shabu shabu side same owner same cooks and can order from both menus. Wife order drink then server she said to me u want beer I said no I want water and hot tea, server replied coconut ???? I reply u have hot coconut tea, I'm optimistic she said no, I said what do u have she said Thai & Jasmine, I said yes hot jasmine tea please. We were first ones seat on that side of restaurant. Booth next to us two men she took there order appetizer and main order before us. Took awhile to do our main order. I'm not that picky. Yet my wife is a server so we started commenting on problems so I know is real wife is not picky. Our water never got refilled, table near by got 3 beer refills my wife had to flag down our server for refill drinks. Our server a1lso chose to pick up paid tab at the booth of the two men that have already left she processed to bus the table before never ever checked up on us. Till my wife flagged her down. Shabu shabu side disappointing never again. Not warm and friendly we got forgotten. Way way over due to paint white parking lines aggravating vehicles not able to see and take two lanes
Let me just say that this place could have a way better rating if it was properly staffed and take all the clutter away.
Came in for the first time on Father's Day to have dinner. The first impression is a eye sore , they have SO many artesanal statues EVERYWHERE that they are selling with big "not touch" signs and price tags ( like on every single corner).
We come in and we waited about 5 min before someone showed up and sat us down. Waited another 10 mins before our server came in. The entire time we were there we only saw 2 employees (our server and the lady cleaning the tables)
Their menu is way to big so we stick to the short version that they also gave us.
To drink I had a Thai beer Singha and my hubby had a cold thai tea.
To eat I had the World noodle pho and it was very tasty. I added some spice to it to make it spicy to my taste.
Hubby had the Thai fried rice with special combinations (pork, chicken, shrimp, beef) .
We also took the fried cheesecake to go and we also thought it was good.
The food came Fairly quick with not much waiting. In general if you have time to wait and have some patience then I recommend . Our server did the best she could, but they are definitely understaffed. And they need to get rid or open a separate store or area for all the artesanal statue they are trying to sell.
I love me some pho idc if it’s 20 degrees outside or 100 degrees, pho is a must lol
Excellent food, service & atmosphere
I agree with the other reviews, that you are not immediately acknowledged when entering, but no biggee AT ALL. (More important things to complain about ????)
Once seated service was prompt & attentive.
The ambience was EVERYTHING!! ???? this place is huge!!
I was so overwhelmed with the amazing decor and every item was super clean.
I ordered the seafood pho (I checked the menu prior to visiting, it was the same price online as the menu in the restaurant?- I don’t feel it was over priced at all. - my check was $24 bucks for an app& entree - come on ppl it’s not Micky Ds
I also ordered the tofu as an app- it was good and so was the sauce that comes with it.
The seafood pho was cooked to perfection, it came out hot ,was not salty at all & loaded with seafood chunks.
I may dine in 1 more time before heading home. ❤️
Decor and atmosphere was excellent. Overall, everything tasted good. Service was slow but accommodating.
Great food and great service..... I know we came late towards closing time but after flying over from California and Disney during the day with a soon to be 2 years old, they still serve us well with care. We had a party of 8 with way too many dishes but our Filipino waiter was nice and kind to chit chat with and our cook was Thai. Every food was presented well tasted delicious. This place is amazing as its very diverse in culture as you can see in menu
