I ended up with a nail infection and needed antibiotics. I should have known by the initial horrible customer service that it was going to be a bad experience. Go somewhere else if you don't want to end up having to see a Dr.!
If I could give this place half a star I would. I’ll admit they’ve never been the top tier of Philly nail salons but my recent experience was just terrible! Please believe the negative reviews because no one gains a thing from lying on this business, and the negatives are exactly what I experienced. The woman who did my pedicure clipped too much from the side and left my toenail completely lopsided. Never in my life have I received a pedi from someone who didn’t know how to file/clip your big toe nail symmetrically. I swore that was nail tech 101! Then when I attempted to explain to someone else how she could fix it, I was met with rudeness. The only tech that does great work here is the male tech who sits in the front, otherwise please save yourself the frustration and your money patronizing this place.
Jen was very nice but, the quality of service was well below average. . My gel polish wasn't dried properly and began to bubble and peel off a day later. I More than likely will not be returning.
Had to move four times. Each time someone did a different procedure before the service was completed. My hands were only in the manicure bowl less then 5 minutes, it looked like I didn't have one. The color I received was no where near what I chose. Why did I stay and paid ? I was visiting, needed my nails done. Can wait until I get back to my nail Salon in Cheraw. Thanks to Henry's .
There was about a 20 minute wait when I arrived on a Thursday evening around 5:30pm. I was then directed to a seat to have my pedicure done first and then I had my nails done.
I did the regular polish on my feet and gel polish on the fingernails but it has not been a week yet and the polish on my nail have already began to peel. I’m not happy about that so I will not be going back to this place.
This is unfortunate because the price of $50 for a mani/pedi made me happy.
I have been getting my nails and my toes here for 12years and they never disappoint. They are very professional.
I have been a faithful client for many years because of the kind staff and great service
I’ve been here twice and haven’t had a good experience with either. The lady did half my pedicure — one foot was done perfectly. The second one was clipped unevenly and then painted over sloppily. No filing or evening out — nothing.
