Just so your are aware we are under new ownership and management. So past review and photos are very old. If you have questions please contact the manager of the motel and she will be more than happy to assist you.
The exterior and interior is in need of cosmetic repairs. Clearly run down and the owners are only letting it get worst. The average clientele appears to be long term low income renters staying 3 weeks to a few months.
The check in desk is covered in lists of rules that the owners is trying to legally clear themselves from any possible situation. Most of those rules are not possible. Example: Hotel is not responsible for any injuries that happen on the property.
You are given one towel, wash cloth, and roll of toilet paper. These are the only ones you will receive. This establishment does not have room service that cleans or makes your bed during your stay. You are responsible for keeping your room clean or you will be kicked out.
Corporate Lodging reserved this location it was filthy it wreaked a weed you had to go in through an area of smokers you couldn't turn your TV off and on remotely it had no lamps it only had one bed table they gouge me $40 cash for two little non-shedding dogs would never stay there again that made the bill over $90 to $100 and that was with corporate lodgings discount horrible Place scary to stay in
It has had a facelift since we last stayed. The place needed it. Good breakfast bar. Wish they had some more variety for fruit. Love to have seen pears offered. Bed was comfortable. The sheets were clean and soft. The personnel were professional even when handling an odious customer. They made us feel welcome and safe.
Gave only 1 star because the owner was a very nice lady. As for the accommodations..our room was remodeled & beautiful but could NOT overlook the Cockroach & Bedbug issue. NASTY! By the time we left there I was being bitten countless times by 1 or the other! The day we left we informed management & blame was placed Everywhere but where it belonged!! Really hope (but doubt) they resolved the infestation for the sake of other people that stay there not knowing.
This place is a rathole dump. The place is a mess and half the stuff does not work. Internet is a joke it only works if you are lucky. The rooms stink! The floors are nasty, always have to wear socks and shoes. The towels and sheets are staind, full of holes or torn... Not all of em but the majority are. Found a dead centipede in room 28. There's drug dealers and drug users that stay here. The cops come here a lot. If you come to CC looking for a "Good" "Quality" motel either go to Sleep Inn or Super 8.
The new owners are going room to room doing remodeling and getting the riffraff out. Yes it still looks rundown from the outside but the rooms are huge and the even the furniture is being upgraded. They are working on a community kitchen and are fixing the pool. I usually avoid budget hotels but I'm so glad my husband talked me into staying here. |So yes if you read the other reviews it can be noisy (construction) and yes cops do make a round through the parking lot because they are keeping the riffraff away. Know the facts before you judge the hotel. Come in and talk to Seema and see how hard she is working to make this place better!!
I booked a room for several days; I spoke to Sema who was very nice and promised me a quiet room on the 2nd floor, updated amenities, etc. Upon my arrival, I was confronted with a heavily spiced aroma throughout the place. Behind the counter was a woman and baby, along with several other small children. Sema wasn't there and everything that was promised, wasn't there. I was given a 1st floor room, windows weren't secure, the place was filthy. In my travels, I need to feel safe and have a clean room, not here. I never unpacked, just left and found another place to stay
