After moving to Ashburn about three years ago I kept going to Vienna for my haircut. I was happy with the place I use to go to except when it was a busy day they would rush it to get the next person on the chair.
Finally I got tired of the drive (16 miles each way) I decided to try a place in Ashburn. I was very leery of trying a new place. I finally decided to give the “BEST BARBER SHOP” on Ashburn Rd. A try. And I am very happy I did. Tiffany cuts my hair. She is well experienced and meticulous.
First time I was there she listened to how I wanted the haircut. Asked some questions and I was pleased with her work. She definitely is a Master her stylist. I learned she started very young by cutting her classmates hair, just because she enjoyed cutting hair and making people look their best. Nothing has changed in her passion for cutting hair. She is a perfectionist and no matter how many people are waiting she does not rush it through.
My wife used to go to a hair stylist at One Loudoun. I finally convinced her to give her a try and boy she was happy. She tells me she got a much better her cut for one third of the price.

Took my 3.5 year old son here today for a cut since we got a recommendation. We were served by Larry. My sons hair turned out great! Larry was patient and took instructions well. My son was very comfortable with him.
The ambiance was great. I am a huge Steelers fan and they had NFL helmets hung up. The place is very clean and staff is friendly.
Update: I've been back here multiple times for both my son and I and the experience has been phenomenal. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend you try this place out.
Not my usual barber, but I was looking for a cut on short notice due to various reasons. I specifically selected them due to their high review score compared to other businesses in the area. The cut took longer than expected, but that is understandable given how overdue I was for a trim.
The stylist trimmed and retrimmed each segment of hair multiple times and did not seem to understand my initial request regarding length. When it came to the beard, again multiple trims and retrims. When shaving cheeks and neck, she initially started with a dull straight razor. Rather than replacing or treating the blade she switched to what appeared to be a multi-blade razor, and and she again went over the same patches of skin multiple times, while also alternating in a fine hair trimmer. It got to a point where I could feel the body of the razor scraping against skin without removing any hair. After she started to lather me up a second time, I called a halt to things and also specified 'no aftershave' as most aftershave products used in barber shops tend to give me skin issues. While wiping me off, she applied aftershave despite being told not to less than a minute earlier.
As soon as I met with my wife for our dinner date she remarked on the unevenness of the cut. Specifically the shape of my beard was noticeably lopsided and my moustache was trimmed crooked. After dinner and arriving home, with access to mirrors and better lighting, we discovered that the entire cut was uneven on all sides. Uneven in front, crooked in back, inconsistent on top, as were the sides including a sloppy cutout around the ears.
Easily the worst haircut I have received from a professional. I would have been better off trimming my own hair with clippers at home. I am debating between buzzing it all shorter to regrow or going to my regular barber to see if it can be salvaged.
Very friendly staff (especially a Vietnamese guy) and relaxing environment. I highly recommend this barber shop, to anyone who wants a high quality cut with such welcoming people.
Tried this barbershop 1st time and it sure was great. Yahya did my beard and done a great job. I was hesitant at first but it turned out just what I wanted.

I’ve been going to Best Barbershop for more than 2 years. Tiffany is wonderful and accommodating with my changing schedule. She also does a superb job. I’ve been very happy and highly recommend this barbershop. Everyone is professional and kind. I don’t know why there is a 1 star review from Mr Khan from a couple of days ago. I was there and he walked in, inquired, was short tempered, and left without getting anything done. No one was rude to him. It’s a shame that some people try to ruin reputations for their own gain.
I come all the way from West Virginia to get my haircut at Best Barber and I always leave satisfied! Their prices are fair, all of the barbers are professional, friendly and welcoming. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!
Very nice staff with a well lit and clean shop. They have play area for kids with fun chairs for kids to use during their haircuts, which is really nice. Excellent job on the haircuts!
