The worst service i’ve ever been. I trusted easy oil change but they failed it. I don’t recommend to go there, only if you want to get your car broken and dirty
“Master” doesn’t know how to check oil level and master filled all oil that i gave to master, and now engine is overfilled with oil, master checks oil level using dirty rag immediately after pouring not waiting for oil comes down to crankcase. When i check oil level it was more than maximum but master said it’s okay???? i hope nobody’s car will hurt in this auto shop.
Owner ordered the parts then overcharged me for them nd added labor. I didn't even argue the price. I just paid it. Wasn't till after I did the research nd was so upset of the price of the parts. Always buy your Own Parts from now on I will do just that.
Worst service, rude, unhonest, overcharged. Fckin 30$ for battery change
Staffs are not nice very bad communication. They will do one time business with outsiders of New York if they understand. It was on 4th July Holiday my car got a problem with steering wheel. Service 75$+ parts I need to provide. I told them please manage everything by yourself because it is new area for me as I am from Philadelphia. How much should I pay tell me. He said I must provide the parts. But I had to waste almost 1 hour to receive the Parts name where as I was the only customer then. Then after searching here and there I could not manage and for holiday many place was closed. I go to the person with one local guy and he managed the owner to manage the parts which is usually $30 he charged $100. $175 he charged for that and wasted my time from morning 9.00 to after noon 3:00pm where as I was the first customer and garage was not busy also. Bad behavior of the owner.
This guys are great fixed my van in crunch when the dealer couldn't get it started for 3 days. in mins of me taking it off of the flatbed. He got it fixed in less than. 24 hours of me dropping it off. Thanks for the help.

Went to this shop for a NYC inspection and was in and out in minutes.
came in for New York State car inspection 20 minutes inspection and finally checked windshield wipers and it was like new but they failed me claiming I need to buy from them new ones I have it all on video showing the glass clear as Chrystal they didn't give me a failed receipt just asked me either buy new from them or leave the shop, I left and drove one block to auto zone and the guy told me my wipers are 100% fine. Then drove one more block and got my inspection done at another shop showing them my perfect wipers.
They are so nice , very kindhearted, so honest, I like it to do my car repair with this guys,
