Visited Bertucci’s Westborough. Pretty good than I expected. Bread + olive oil comes complimentary with meal, they were fresh. I had brick oven pasta and pizza, crust was flaky which I like and had good flavour. You will find very tasty dishes but with very little portions, Service is great too.
My boyfriend and I have come here several times and each time we have come we have a good experience. The waiters are always nice, the food always delicious…except for one dish we tried the other day: the pasta chips. They didn’t taste good and we couldn’t even bring ourselves to have more than 2, thankfully the waiter noticed we didn’t like them as we left them all on the plate and comped us for it. Afterwards, the manager came over to apologize and let us know that that was actually one of their worst dishes and they tell people to not get it. He explained that he has no other choice but to have it on the menu and that it’s from a new TikTok trend. I appreciated all the info and also them coming over, we had all the intention of paying for it as we felt it was our mistake for ordering it and maybe it was just us not liking it so it was nice that they helped us out. The carbonara is absolutely delicious and never a wrong choice when in doubt and we also had a chicken dish that made a comeback which wasn’t too good, it wasn’t bad, but the sauce was too watery. Will definitely be coming back.
I went alone to enjoy a nice early dinner, and the waiter was very kind. I ordered the three cheese ravioli but I was disappointed because it was so thin. The rolls are not what they used to be as when I was young we used to order just the rolls! the presentation was good and this is definitely a place someone that is mobility-impaired can go. the whole meal including a nice cocktail came to $38 which really isn't bad when you consider the portions and you could easily split this dinner.
Waited way too long, bread took forever to come out, food was way mediocre than other locations. I will not be back to this location. Best location is in Natick. Food was very bland and burnt ????.
Waited half an hour for bread, around 45 minutes for food and half an hour to get seated. This restaurant felt too cramped for my liking and the food being mediocre didn't help. Some of the most flavorless Italian food I've ever eaten. Not the best location.
Bertucci's offered a delightful dining experience, highlighted by the unforgettable Italian Sausage Soup that ignited a passion for culinary exploration. While the bathroom facilities were average, they did not detract from the overall quality of the visit. Bertucci's stands as a testament to the joys of Italian cuisine, offering dishes that are both comforting and inspiring, in an environment that welcomes you with open arms.
I recently oedered 2 large Brick oven pizzzas to go, Ultimate (28$) and Margherita(22$) but it was a 2 for Tuesday so NC, and a large Caesar. In the past a large salad came in a retangle pan with enough to go around. When I got to destination both pizzas were a disappointment. The Ulta was dry and sparse, the Margherita did not have ONE leaf of basil on it and was basically a cheese pizzza that tasted like the cardboard it came in. The salad I paid 14.99 was in a round bowl and hardly served 3.
I would not call this a large by any means. Will think twice about this, really gone downhill since last visit. For $46.00 worth of food will look for an alternative. Thank goodness the group was good natured.
Believe me I love bertucci's and I never had a bad meal there until I went to the one in westborough. I got the eggplant parmesan. My husband got the chicken palmage on. Both were soaked in oil and overfried till very dark. Spaghetti was all chopped up like it was yesterday's left over. It was soaked in sauce too much way too much. I took home a pizza and as always. The pizza was excellent. But I was so disappointed as was my husband to pay that kind of honey and really call the food horrible. If I want my spaghetti chopped up I'll do it myself. I can't tell you how bad it looked in the plate.
