Stole my car for the street sweeper to go through and took it three blocks away, then had the balls after holding it for not even an hour to charge me $150.00. Then I leave the shop and the street sweeper is then just going up my street after nearly an hour after this tow shop stealing my car. Then the car has a $30.00 ticket when I get it back. This is silent extortion at its finest. Where on this no parking sign does it say anything about your car being towed? Nowhere.
I was in a bad accident. They were the towing service. They did a great job, were super helpful, kind, and caring. I highly recommend them.
Predatory business. You’re only safe if you avoid the entire town of Jim Thorpe if you want to avoid getting towed by them because clearly there are no ethics guiding their business model, just shamelessly money grubbing. There was no clear “no parking” signage at a festival we attended, and to our surprise, our car was gone when we returned. Due to the lack of signage, we had to call 911 to figure out where our car was. We had parked where dozens of other cars were parked, because the lot was full, and conveniently they chose to tow only OUR car & a few others, our car with two children’s car seats in the back seat. There were cars in front and behind ours, but they targeted ours, for some reason. Clearly this business is not ran by people with morals because they forced a 2 year old and 4 year old to walk 35 minutes with their parent to this “business” to retrieve their car (no Ubers or Lyfts available.) Total scam artists, and shams of humans.
Best service center I've ever dealt with. Fast, professional, friendly, services at reasonably pricees.

They were called to pick up my car for a lot I parked in the price was fair. They were very nice and friendly and it had a flat tire they kindly refilled my tires for me. The shop looks very nice and I've thought about checking into them for service. Highly recommended in my book
Had brake problems coming from Ohio and was lucky enough to randomly stop there to check our van. Eric was just leaving but stopped and asked if we needed help. YES!! He did a brief check and assured us we were ok until Saturday...his day off. We were camping and going white water rafting on Saturday. We drove to the shop and he PERSONALLY drove us to white water rafting then fixed our brakes. He then PICKED US UP and brought us back to our van. Not only did he fix our brakes but found my oil plug wasn't in tight. We were 5 hours from home and the random kindness of this stranger was a true blessing. Who knows what could have happened! I can't sing his praises enough. AWESOME MAN and business!!
