I recently dined at Bereket Turkish Restaurant in Chicago and had a wonderful experience! As a vegetarian, I was thrilled to find a variety of delicious options on the menu. I tried the veggie mantı, and it was absolutely delightful – flavorful, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented.
The service was outstanding; our server was incredibly nice and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was not only delicious but also reasonably priced, which is always a plus.
The restaurant itself has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal. Whether you’re a vegetarian or just looking to try some authentic Turkish cuisine, I highly recommend Bereket Turkish Restaurant. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
Feel free to make any additional tweaks if needed!
I picked up food from here on the way home from Union and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The staff brought us complimentary tea while we waited for our pickup which was so kind and much appreciated after a 4 hour train ride. The food traveled well and the portion sizes were definitely generous!
Bought two chicken wraps and one gyro wrap to go after spending the day in the city. Was expecting shawarma type wrap, but it was more burrito style. It was great and huge portions, filled with delicious and fresh vegetables and marinated tender meat. Would love to go back and try more traditional Turkish dishes and be able to sit down and enjoy the ambiance. Highly recommend, service was great as well due to kind & friendly staff!
Halal place that serves Turkish food. I am not Turkish to assess whether it is authentic, but the food is super delicious. The service also was very nice and welcoming. Another advantage is that they don’t serve any alcoholic beverages, so it is truly halal:)
I'm so glad we found this place! The food was delicious, and the service was attentive but not overbearing. We are a family of 4, and we ordered the family meal for 3 and could have fed 5! The meat was tender and well seasoned. Maybe a little on the pricey side but would certainly come back.
Staff was acceptionally kind. The iskander meat was a bit bland and very thick. The yogurt was also flavored, which I've never seen before. Don't think I'd order that again. We also got the breakfast, which was also lacking a but of flavor. The bread was really good though.
I recently visited this Turkish restaurant and it was absolutely amazing! I took my mom along with me and she was blown away by the delicious food they served. The naan (Turkish bread) was a hit with her, and she even ordered some extra to take home. The food was incredibly fresh, and the taste and quality of the meat and vegetables were top-notch. The way they cooked the meat was perfect, and the flavors were just outstanding.
Not only was the food exceptional, but the customer service was also top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic dining experience. The cozy ambiance of the restaurant made it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal.
We tried the Iskender kebab, which is one of my favorite Turkish dishes, and it was cooked to perfection. The taste and quality of the food were truly outstanding. We also ordered dolma and lahmacun, both of which were excellent. Additionally, we tried some mixed kebab dishes that included different types of TÜRK kebabs, and they were all delicious. The kebabs were served with rice, which was a great option for those who want to try multiple flavors in one dish.
And, of course, I can't forget to mention the Turkish tea. It's always a must-have for me, and it never disappoints.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an incredible dining experience. The food is absolutely delicious, and you won't be disappointed. Give it a try, and I'm sure you'll love it as much as I did! ????
there isn’t much chicken in the kebab dish. it’s mostly soggy bread. it’s also pricey. the size of rice is really small for $5. the total for an entree, appetizer, and side comes to $40. at least there’s complimentary bread
