Absolutely a five star experience. Mike and his team did a great job replacing a leaking fuel line on my E-Class, which turned out to be very labor intensive and requires a great amount of knowledge and skill. As an automotive engineer myself, I understand how difficult this job was and I really appreciate the effort.
This is my new mechanic for my Mercedes and I live in Toledo! I was tired of paying top dollar at the dealer for less-than stellar service, so I did some research and found outstanding reviews for Benztek. Mike was very helpful on the phone and responded to me quickly with a fair price so I decided to drive an hour to see if the 5 star reviews were deserved. I believe they are. He got me in and out in about an hour so I could blow the money I saved at IKEA! A total win-win for me. He also texted photos to show the work being done! I am going to have him do my regular service, as well, so hope to be saving more money. Will do a follow-up review in about 6000 miles so stay tuned.
Had a great experience with Benztek! I needed headlights replaced to factory after the aftermarket’s completely died, and Service B done on my C300. The headlights look fantastic and the fix was fast. This will definitely be my go to mechanic for my car going forward. Thank you!
This is best shop I’ve ever been to. Excellent work above and beyond. I took my car to two shops prior and was trying to overcharge me for parts that wasn’t even the problem. Might have took more time but it was worth the wait. I definitely recommend this shop
Hands down best mechanic experience I’ve ever had! Brought my project car in for some issues I couldn’t handle myself they were able to get to the bottom of it very quickly and made the repairs at a very reasonable price and even threw in some minor fixes at no additional cost. They are my go to auto shop.
I am so happy to have found an auto shop that could work on my Mercedes besides the dealer. Benztek does excellent work at very reasonable prices. He is also very flexible and will work with you on the days that you can bring your car in. I will definitely come here again.
