Huge restaurant located just inside the Radisson lobby. Since there's no signage, it's easy to miss on the outside. Service was friendly, but I was the only diner, so that was a bit disconcerting. Deserts are great!
Food was bad. My French onion soup was dry and barely had any cheese in it. It looked terrible. I got an alfredo dish with grilled chicken. was also very bland for the price they charge and their plating was very poor. Unsure why they added breadcrumbs to the top as a garnish. Tried to give it a baked look n it didnt turn out too good. Also thought the chicken would be whole breast on top but no it was precut almost looked preYou could get the same quality food from a frozen microwave dinner. Staff was very nice and drinks were also very good. I'd go back just for the drinks but that's about it. Most likely won't be going back because we drove an hour out just to try it.
Last year the food was amazing and we couldn't wait to go back. Today the food was AWFUL. Chewy shrimp, gummy pasta, out of an appetizer as first customer of the day, not at all worth our time. Left as quickly as we could. Waitress never smiled and seemed unexcited to be there. One positive, the hostess at the desk was extremely friendly, did a great job!
Very large and clean Italian eatery located inside the Radisson. Great atmosphere- the bar is a dark granite...plenty of tables and several TV screens. More than a dozen beers on tap...and an amazing menu. Ask for your pasta dish oven-baked...it'll melt in your mouth. Highly recommend the meatballs..GIANT and flavorful. Megan behind the bar is great ????!
Thursday night, 4 people terrible service, maybe 2 other groups in the place. Forgot salads then no ingredients for a signature drink, then entree mushroom ravioli not available, cold salmon. Never going there again.
Lastly the food is way over priced based on the quality served last night. 4 adults, 3 cocktails, 2 sodas and 4 entrees....$157 is absurd.
Have been Here many times in the past. It has been great. Having said that, today was totally unheard of. We had a party of 8. We all ordered at the same time. 2 pizzas came first. The rest came just about the time we were done. Which way like 15 to 20 minutes later. Then one didn't even come. Had to track down the server and ask her where it was. The food was nothing to write home about. Enough said about that. Server was almost extinct . There were only one other couple in there. There is no excuse for service like this, considering what you're paying for your meal
We were the only people in at a little before 2pm today.
Food was ok. Pizzas weren't cut through. Sauce was minimal on pastas. They were completely out of broccoli. We never even got the to go soup they were supposed to bring out at the end of the meal!!!
Even the food was not all made at the same time!
Not only did it take forever for them to make the food, but it was ridiculous how long it took to get between the orders coming out.
We had 3 meals come out, then 4 more about 20 minutes later and finally after EVERYONE was done eating the last meal came out. Even people that got there AFTER we ordered got their food before we did.
What was even more frustrating was they didn't even start the chicken wrap until everyone was almost done eating which should have been the simplest meal to prepare and first one out. Was not even fully taken off the meal and the chicken in it came out COLD! There should have been much better service and the cooks did a terrible job!
I had to get up get drink refills because we were waiting for a good 20 minutes to get them (which waiting for a long time for drinks happened more than once) and still didn't come out with more than two of the drink refills needed 5 minutes after i returned with refills for the entire table from the bar. Absolutely ridiculous.
If I had been the server I would have been looking into some way to resolve the horrible service, some major discounts free drinks, something to make up for it. That didn't happen. When it was brought to the managers attention about the last meal, she was the one who told us it was JUST being made! That's after other tables were already served and we were done. She said she might be able to do maybe half price on it. Seriously, only MAYBE??? & after ALL that mess?
I don't think we will be going back there again & it used to be my favorite place to eat. My understanding after talking to a friend in the area, is this is not unusual service either.
Highly recommend going elsewhere. Amazed at how poorly it was handled.
Nice restaurant with bar section, the food is good and no expensive. The bread with olive oil is great. service could be better.
