Great Staff and Service as always, Benson Collision is the place to go !

Top of the line body shop! Did a fantastic job on my vehicle and had it ready when they said they would. Highly recommend this business if you need any body work.

Had my wife's car taken in after an accident. Every other body shop we called had a 2-month lead time before they could even look at it, but Benson took it in the first day back from Christmas, looked at it that day, and started working on getting parts. Barely two weeks later, they called to say our car is ready and good as new. Impressive speed considering the state of the supply chain, and incredible service from these folks. Definitely recommend.

Nice customer service when scheduling appointment and figuring estimates. They are honest and straightforward with you on the repairs, parts used, parts choices, and explaining what will be done to repair your car. They as well are clear with you on what can and cannot or should not be done to your vehicle. In other words, honesty. We found the finished repair working well and looking practically showroom new paint surface. Very satisfied.

Customer service alone made me not want to give these individuals my business. I went elsewhere. The lady at the front desk could improve her lack of customer service skills. Because you know, you are in a business dealing with Humans!.

I had scratched the tailgate on my new truck and then shortly after was rear-ended. Benson handled both repairs with ease. The repairs were estimated at 2-3 days, it took a full 4 days. At the end it looks new again.

I enjoyed speaking with the staff. They were quite friendly and helpful at all times. I did have to call for updates. The online system was nice, but it didn't list a projected finish date. No big deal in my case to take a little longer, but for some this could matter. I would still return without hesitation

Do not recommend this body shop at all. There quality of work is sorry. Wish i would have never let them repair my Dodge Challenger. There is runs in the paint and gaps in the panels. It took 2 months for them to fix the car and as long as they had it the work is way under par. So if you have a nice vehicle and want it done right do not use Benson collision. Sorry i did.

If you want it done right the first time take your car here. Great customer service, and they warranty their work. Their turn around time is the best in town. Ashley made sure she kept me updated and well informed.
