Had reservations on December 25th @3:45pm. Was seated at 4:50pm. Walked into restaurant and floor was so sticky by the front desk. Nasty sticky. After we were finally seated my husband noticed hair on his plate. We told the host and only thing he did was change the plate with one from the other side of our table. We order appetizers and had to ask 4 times before we got them. Other families at our table ordered after us and the recieved theirs in a timely fashion. We sat and sat and sat and no chef. The table next to us turned around 3 seperate dining and still we were waiting for our turn. We finally had enough and ask for the manager. My experience of Benihana's I would say thumbs down and ????♂️ ????♂️ ????♂️. Run run run. Will never go back ever again.
Me and my friend decided to dine here for lunch today, and I am so glad we did.
1. Our chef ???????? Ronaldo was fantastic he definitely made this experience fun he was very nice and thoughtful. Also, the food was great.
2. You definitely should not eat for the day and save your appetite for this meal because they give you so much food.
3. The atmosphere was perfect. Everyone that I came in contact with really enjoyed their self and were having a great time. we will definitely be back next time for dinner ???? our 2nd time around.

This is your typical hibachi restaurant but they do sing if it’s your birthday. Which is why I gave it one less star. We listened to the birthday song 5x while there. Other than that the food was excellent and the butter they used had a good amount of garlic in it, which I enjoyed a lot! The chef was fun and quick with the food prep. Would go back without any hesitation.
Great dining experience. We let our server know we are vegetarian and he kindly made sure our orders were correct and cooked before meat touched the grill. Our chef was great and portions were large for the Yakisoba.
We went at 7:15pm on a Thursday and it was very busy and pretty loud. Definitely make a reservation beforehand. Sign up on their website for a free $30 to use on your birthday!
First and foremost, our service was amazing! From start to finish the staff and our chef could not have been better. Although our waitress did not bring our entire order out. We were supposed to get ice cream with our meal and didn't. But she was so kind and SO accommodating to everyone at our table. The people we sat with were not very nice to her. She remained composed and professional the entire time. We simply just did not like the food. We love hibachi and eat it often, but this was our first experience with a Benihanas and we just did not like any of the staples (rice, veggies etc.) No fault of the location. Just not our cup of tea and sadly we won't be back because of that.
Decent visit overall.
We stood at the front door for about 15 minutes before being sat. Took about another 15 minutes to see the server and get drinks. There were only two servers so it also took a bit to get our order in and a chef in front of us to cook. Our chef was awesome, food was great. Our server was friendly and we ended up having a good visit once it got going.
The carpet is sticky and needs cleaning.
The wall paper is greasy and pealing off the walls.
The fixtures around the hibachi including the speakers, lights, and air vents were also very greasy.
For this price point the restaurant needs to be cleaned and updated. No manager present
A delicious and entertaining meal. Great for a lunch or dinner with family or friends. They take pictures at the end that they print and put in a paper frame for you to keep! The hibachi chef, waitress and front hostess were wonderful when I went! I really enjoyed my meal, and it felt like a great shared experience, even if you’re seated next to complete strangers. Give it a try!
