The food lacked seasoning and they should probably not offer steak if they dont know how to cook and/or season it. The stuffed French toast isn't stuffed, it's just thick French toast with pie filling poured over it with a tiny smear of cream cheese, they should update that description to reflect what you will actually get. The quality of food is very poor and arrived cold despite not being a cheap place to eat, we won't order from here again.
Food was Cold, too tired ???? and hungry to have them make a Hot fresh plate.. sad to have to leave a awful review...
I ordered the pork tenderloins and requested brown gravy on the side. They sent them wihout the gravy, and so the meal was extremely dry and tasteless. I was very disappointed. I had also ordered a steak burrito from them for the first time, and it literally came filled with 3 quarters of rice with the steak just running through. I lije rice on the side, but my burrito is supposed to be loaded with meat. Again, very dissapointed
Food in general is very expensive, and I felt that I wasted my money this time. Now don't get me wrong, their food is usually pretty good, but I will not be ordering the burrito ever again, and the pork tenderloin, if I were to order it, I would specify I want it smothered in brown gravy. Hopefully, they wouldn't forget to do so.
Been going here for years with no problems, but recently been having issues with order being wrong or missing items. Like today I did a pickup and they forgot the pancakes and eggs were scrambled instead over easy. Kids were very disappointed :-( wasn't able to go back to get it fixed.
Decided to try Chilaquiles con Pollo o Bistec from this restaurant as I've never tried it before. As one can see the presentation from this photo, aside from the over hard egg that was on top, its not a pretty sight for something such as this to cost $16.55, not including tip. Way too much salt not only on the chorizo, but the tortillas and egg as well. I requested green salsa to come with the order which by the time I got home I did not receive. Immediately disposed of the food after tasting and realizing even the bacon didn't taste like bacon. A lot of things lacking from this restaurant including transparency, attention to detail, and simply overall quality of products used to justify cost of meals prepared. Would not recommend to friends or family.

Great food with reasonable prices! Not expensive like IHOP! I love it here. I love that you can get any breakfast you want at any time of day!
I made an order at 7:22am on 2-27-24 and did not receive the order until 9:30am. I ordered a #5, a Western Omelette, a Full order of biscuits and gravy. 2 drinks which I ordered with the meals which were Apple Juice and Orange Juice that I did not get.
When I went down there to show that it was on my phone order, the lady was very rude and argued with me. I was a very loyal customer for many years and felt mistreated and robbed. I will no longer be eating at the Bendix on Western.
