These guys are the only honest mechanics I've ever come across. They work hard to keep customers happy and vehicles safely on the road. Even though I moved, I will always take the extra 45 mins to drive to the city when my car needs something. Fair prices, excellent customer service, and impeccable work. Unfortunately, my father Hank used to work there , I went there to get air in my tires. Mr. bens told me so I will wait on me. As soon as he left the building, his worker told me he had too much work to do and could not help me rude and disrespectful as heart rate this place.

I discovered a leak in one of my tires and luckily they managed to help me right before Labor Day weekend. I called ahead and they asked me to come as soon as I could. I waited a reasonable amount of time (20-25 min) considering I had no appointment and they fixed my tire quickly and efficiently.
In late 2016, I had problems with one of my front tires. The front desk lady first made a very disconcerting and unwanted advance, then told me "you need to fix all four because they go bad at the same time." After I gave the green light, I soon began experiencing issues on the road. I got a second opinion, who informed me of serious issues with whomever fixed it, advising me to take it back to them. The only positive is the free correctional fix I got from Ben.
I won't recommend Ben's Downtown Tire to anyone.
The experience at Ben's is awesome they treat you like do like a real person they don't talk down to you and they answer all your questions it's almost like you're their family
These guys are great! If you need an inexpensive tire in a pinch, they are your best bet in the city. They work quickly, and are honest. Highly recommended.
