The rib tips nice and tender juicy, the catfish tails were nice size nice amount of meat on them fried just right. The presentation was presented very well. They show you your food before they package it up for you to ask you if you're satisfied the service was just incredible.
It was so good! I wasn’t able to take a great picture of what we ordered. Enjoyed the fried okra , coleslaw was perfectly made. Rib tips with french fries soaked with their sauce were so satisfying. I did not regret ordering the hungry man combo. It has turkey , chicken and fish. The best chicken I’ve ever tasted so far! It has that delicious crush and the right amount of flavor. It was the best take out I’ve ever tasted! Love them! Try them! ????????????
I'm mixed on this place. I pre-ordered! I'm standing at the window waiting and no one says anything. I'm thinking they're busy and will eventually ask "can I help you" NO THEY DIDN'T! Why are black businesses like this??? Anyways, I ordered a large turkey tip and small fry $30. The tips were sliced nice, plentiful and seasoned well. But, why did they put mild sauce on BBQ ????! Where's the BBQ sauce??? I was confused. I ate some and trashed the rest. It's a shame this would've been a perfect plate, but that sauce threw me. Although the sauce was good, but not for BBQ. I'll order again, but I'll have to specify BBQ sauce. Plus it's 45min from my house so it's gotta to be right.
This place is horrible!!!! The customer service from the manager Linda a negative zero . The manger stated they had a new employee in the back and apologized . But then told me she couldn’t give me a refund due to their 3rd party delivering service policy !!!! When I declined she said well I can go back thur “chow now” and I don’t have to order with Ben’s bbq again ! Like how you big mad about my order being messed up by your staff ???? I don’t want to come back there for an exchange IM AT WORK TF. Incompetent, rude, unprofessional. Now I’m stuck with $60 extra dry turkey tips and awaiting a refund from “chow now”. PS YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME ORDERING FROM HERE MS LINDA. BROTHER IN LAWS BBQ IS BETTWE ANYWAYS!!!!!
The female manager was Very rude, and instead of her minding her business of trying to get her customers in and out, having stock, and taking orders timely she was too busy worried about the conversations in the lobby that were not directed to her and no concern of hers. She had No change and I waited 10 mins to get change. She then began to get into it with another customer in the lobby area over something that she assumed was being discussed incorrectly. The food is good on a good day. But not so good that you can’t go somewhere else and get good food and much Better service.
Unsure if Ben's has a new owner. I drove 2 hours to pick up a pan of dry, tough tips, and hotlinks. I am so disappointed that I spent 95 dollars on food that may have been leftovers from the day prior. Also my food barely had any sauce.
We ordered pork tips, links, chicken tips, chicken wings, and the porktips were hard, chewy, burnt and not edible, wings no taste, the sauce was the bomb, chicken tips and links was ok, We spent alot of money and live out too far to take back, im sorry i had this experience but she should bottle the sauce!
I got into a car accident for this BS, food is old, dry, tasteless, overprice and not done!!! Never again, I can't believe this, and did you all notice nobody is saying sorry we'll address the issue, they don't care, people always screaming support black business, REALLY!!!! P.S I taste fish and I ordered ribs& chicken!!!
