WARNING!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS!!! I recently took my vehicle in for minor bumper damage after being rear ended. After 1 week they said it was ready. When I showed up they wanted me to sign paperwork before I saw it and I refused. After seeing it, it was clearly not attached properly. The next day they told me it was repaired properly. I was told there was a 1 year warranty attached with the repair. It looked fine before I drove home, and after that 20 minute drive there were 2 spots that had popped off. They spent another 3-4 weeks working on it. When I was told it was ready I asked if I could take it for a quick drive to assure the same issue would not occur. The manager told me "No we're done." When I brought up that if it occurred again I would bring it right back to be fixed under the warranty he said "No we revoked your warranty since we put all new parts on your vehicle, we're done."
Those guys are the best. Very impressed with the results on both vehicles I needed body work done on. They are very professional, and did a great job. Looked like new Vehicles when we got them back.
The collision center is very slow will take months went to classic city body and paint was in and out in 2 weeks took 4 weeks to get into ben davis then was told it was going to be two more months before the car would be fixed that's completely unexpectable especially for a fender bender not major repairs needed
Very prompt, courteous and professional. I went for oil change and tire rotation. Took a little over the hour estimated, no big deal. The details of my tire rotation reports out of alignment and balance on 1-2 tires. If presented to me I may have had this repaired also...... but it was not brought to my attention. Alas, 4 stars.
As usual the service was excellent. I recommend Ben Davis to anyone wanting quality service for their vehicle. The front people you interface with are friendly and efficient. Conrad helped me. Very good to work with.
We came to Ben Davis from Columbus, OH to purchase a previously owned Motor Home. Called, spoke with Tim, made arrangements to meet a few days later. Tim made it such an easy transaction. Made sure we received everything he promised. This is our first Motor Home. So excited. Tim took his time and went over everything. Thankyou Tim! We are very excited to start new adventures in our 33’ Winnebago ????

Phenomenal experience at Ben Davis. Process took about 2 hours and out the door with my new car. John Gregory did an excellent job. He helped me with making the process easier and answered all my questions about my new Chevy Malibu. When the sale was completed he made sure everything was good to go. When there was a missing part on my car that was there when I took delivery of my car, John Gregory made sure to make things right and had the missing part sent to me at no charge. When I had some issues of finding out where the part was Johnathan Driscoll made sure everything would work out and he made sure that I was taken care of and have a great experience overall. Rachael in finance did an excellent job and made sure the financing went smoothly. Overall Johnathan Driscoll, John Gregory, and Rachael did a phenomenal job and I would recommend going to Ben Davis when you are in the market for a new car. They will take care of you and make sure your experience will be phenomenal.
Excellent customer service! Very patient and will listen to any questions you have. The sales team is great and so is the service department. This is the second vehicle I have bought here and will buy from them again in the future. Would highly recommend.
