New to Pittsburg, in search of a new barbershop. God Blessed me with a son, so both of us need clean cuts now. Saw this barbershop online, thought I’d give it a try, and it’s local to us. Called ahead (2 days) to make an appointment for my son & I; JR, the manager, made my appointments with barber Anahil, I even received text confirmation on my phone. It’s my son’s birthday party this weekend so a fresh cut is a MUST! Today, appointment day arrived! Got the whole family in the car and we headed over to Bellos for our appointments. Soon as I parked, I saw someone sitting in the barber’s chair and thought, well, this isn’t good, it’s our appointment time. Walked in, they asked if we had an appointment, I said yes, and gave the time. The barber said she was behind and late, NOT A GOOD SIGN OFF THE BAT, and we’re first time customers. Not 5, 10, or 15mins behind, but 20MINS! Fine, whatever.. we took a seat and began to wait……………………………………… after not 20 but 30mins, I told the family, LET’S GO! Anahil did not bother to check-in with us to keep us posted, a COMPLETE lack of care, concern, or customer service for us first time customers. And from the shampoo, cut, and styling she was doing on her customer, she easily would’ve taken another hour or more!
This place does not honor their appointment times, does not exhibit care or concern for new customer’s time or schedule. They’re all friendly on the phone but once you show up it’s just sit and wait. They have a nice waiting area with a TV and Roku, but with “NO INTERNET CONNECTION” it’s so. damn. useless!
I cannot recommend this business to friends, families, or even strangers. Do not waste your time or energy booking an appointment or coming here, there are many other barbershops that will accommodate you and your family, especially as first time customers.

This shop is a very well appointed and comfortable space. I just like being in there. Most importantly, great cuts and friendly service. JR takes great care of both me and my kid. I recommend this place to everyone who asks and because the haircuts and beard trims are so good, they ask a lot.

I booked my appointment online, a simple and easy process. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I made an appointment online, whiched I confirmed. After which was I then offered water or something else to drink while I waited until my appointment, and the wait wasn't long at all. I had my haircut done by Cesar. I explained what I wanted and showed him a picture as a reference, after that he started cutting my hair. He made sure to pay close attention to detail and by the time he finished I felt like a new man, 10/10 haircut. I'll be back for sure, I plan on becoming a regular here. You should definitely come here to get your haircut!
When I first walked into the barbershop, I already felt welcomed! A very family friendly environment for anyone that comes in. I got a haircut from one of the barbers named Siua & all I can say is that the quality is nothing, but A1! Top tier service among him and the other barbers as well. Not only does he do a good job at making you feel at home while giving you a haircut, but also the other barbers as well. The shop is beautiful inside & out! 10/10 recommended to those who need a haircut and also a safe space to be open to.
Love getting cut by Siua here! He always does an amazing job and I love this new place he is cutting at. The shop is awesome, and has a great interior even though it looks a little small from the outside. All of the barbers I saw seemed really talented and overall had a great experience. Highly recommend!!!
The service was very nice and generally a good environment to be around. They offered free drinks and were very welcoming. Siua was my barber and held a great conversation with me complementing the haircut! Definitely coming back and recommend coming here for a clean cut!!
This place was awesome, I was searching for a barbershop to get me together for my birthday but I'm from Michigan so I just took a gamble and set up an appointment with Levit, one of the great barbers at Bello's. He ended up giving me one of the best haircuts and experiences I've ever had. Nothing but good things to say about this Pittsburg location. I will be back, no doubt.
I had both of my sons to Bello's for haircut and as for the summer time I asked for more special hairstyles, and the guys from Bello's did more than a great job. The boys haircuts were perfect, they work fast but clean and in detail. I will definitely be going to Bello's from now on.
