I've been coming to Bello Lei for the past 7 years. The staff here are absolutely wonderful! Such a positive environment and I always leave feeling satisfied with whatever I needed. I am so excited that they are open again! I would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone -- they are truly the best!
Been seeing Elisha Pellanda for all my hair services for MANY years ... Since she graduated beauty school...lol????... and as a fellow cosmetologist, I will tell you she knows her stuff and is always taking in continuing education opportunities. Elisha will listen and work with you to create a beautiful and flattering style and happily discusses the possible pro and cons of various products, treatments and styles. They are NOT a low cost/high volume type of salon. Book an appt with Elisha and tell her Debbie Miller sent you!????
I had the urge to get my hair cut and knew I'd be up in Fallbrook on a Saturday, and they we're able to squeeze me in. Ashley cut my hair, and she was GREAT! she was just as excited as I was to shave off a third of my head and she made it look good.
BelloLei is by far the best salon in the area! It's a pleasure to visit. Trisha, Elisha, Gina & Lulu are very professional and a pleasure to spend time with. You will search far & wide to receive a better facial than Gina Reyburn's. Elisha Pellandia is an excellent stylist, her haircuts & color options are the best I've ever experienced. A manicure or pedicure with Lulu is well worth the time & actually "fun". These women are worth what they charge, and you can't say that about many things!!!
I've recently moved out of state and I miss them so much. I will make sure to make appointments for whenever I'm back in Fallbrook to visit family.
This was my first visit and I was cheerfully greeted by the owner and I had great service done by Tracy. They created a new and very pleased customer!
This is a great salon with a wonderful ambience. You feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. There is always lots of lively conversation and positive energy. And of course my stylist Meghan is the best!
Kenah does fantastic lash work and they really last. I get compliments all of the time. She also does a great job cutting my hair.
