had my car towed to their service station after discussing my issue with John. that was more than 3 weeks ago. Nick is barely responsive and no substitute for John. little or no progress has been communicated to me during this time. i visited the location a few times; car was in a remote parking lot for a while. some parts were removed as of 5/3, so i couldn't retrieve it. wondering if the local precinct will back me up if i try to drive it away with my keys. not a happy client. - rs
I would not recommend going here again or for anyone to use this towing service, they denied my triple a roadside assistance because my car is supposedly too low to the floor but it has blown front struts which is why the car may sit a bit lower then stock lmao. They told me triple a doesn’t accept lowered suspension cars which isn’t the case when triple a spoke to me on the phone a couple min after the tow truck left. They also told me my registration didn’t match up which is a problem on my end because when I got custom plates I never switched the sticker which takes 2 seconds but it was obviously a big issue to them for me to swap the sticker on site. I had to have the car towed 86 miles to my mechanic and it is covered under triple a roadside assistance but I think this towing company just simply did not want to go tow my car because they are simply being lazy. Triple a called me a couple minutes after I was denied and told me the claims they made to not tow my car are invalid and aren’t against the rules besides the registration sticker not matching my plate which they agreed was okay to tow if I put the updated sticker on. Triple a said my car being too low has nothing to do with their rules or agreement and that the tow company isn’t following the contract.
Excellent towing service highly recommended & mechanics repair. Truck broke down during the morning snow storm &they picked up the car asap. They were able to get the part & fix the car same day. The guys at this shop are all greatly, honest, genuine with exceptional knowledge. Extremely satisfied with all services !!
Lou showed up tonight and was a great help. Awesome with my son and helped us fix the issue with my car on the spot. Excellent job and definitely appreciate all of his help.

Bellmore Towing is awesome. They are a AAA facility oh, and you get a discount with your AAA card. I have been using them on and off for probably a decade. Ask for Nick and he will take good care of you. Tell him the drummer Seth with the Mustang sent you
This guy Luis M. Worst guy ever!! Had me waiting for over 4 hours and never came to tow my vehicle. NEVER CALL THIS SHOP FOR SERVICE. If I could give them a negative star rating I would.
My car broke down in the garage the tow driver was amazing got the car out so we can get the other car out drop the car off at the dealership within an hour took pictures to let us know where the car was in the lot the tow driver did a great job very happy to have them and was very glad that they were part of the Triple A Towing system
