They cut your hair without authorization, they treat you as if you are not a paying customer. No respect for your wants. Overcharge you, and take zero responsibility for their actions. I do not recommend!
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A FEMALE seeking hair service!!! the worse place I was charged 300 for me and my daughter for nothing but a headache!!! the salonist had a short gray bob and she was the worse at hair... So bad im here at a salon fixing her mistakes.... DO NOT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!
the lady that works there does a horrible job, i asked for blonde highlights and instead she made it dark and blue. very upsetting and im very pissed. i paid 300$ for my hair and she made me look horrible. she doesn’t even know how to blow dry hair correctly at all. and was in such a rush and being aggressive with my hair. overall one of the worst places i’ve ever went to get my hair done. she’s an old lady with white short hair. please don’t go to her.
Made an appointment a week ago; after arrival the barber didn’t show up because last night he was in a concert, probably had a hang over his nene is Edgar. What a way to run a business. Totally unreliable and un responsable. Don’t recommend this business . Truly not friendly place in fact they even tried to over charge my girlfriend! They Owner charge my girl friend 52. With cents. Good thing my girlfriend check her account and realized she was over charged; when confronting they owner the owner said it was a transaction from yesterday. Well the transaction was processed today at about 1:30 pm , so I’m am sure other business transactions were processed before this one. Bottom line owner tried to take advantage of her client. They cheat and it’s scam and fraud. Be careful with this business.
Best haircut my son has gotten in years. Grena was the barber that took care of my son. He was so calm and attentive to detail, he is definitely the barber to go see. Will definitely come back
Best haircut Ive had since moving to Florida. Grena was very attentive and professional and really paid attention to detail. Grena and the rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nice family oriented vibes in the shop and I always leave happy with the quality of my haircuts from Grena. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!
Worst haircut I’ve literally ever got they didn’t even cut my sides right and they didn’t give me a low taper they messed up my hair really bad and didn’t cut the top right my half side is long then the other side
Best place to get a haircut.
Staff was really attentive and Grena gave me the best haircut I had in years.
