On Friday we had their fish dinners which was absolutely delicious. On Saturday I had the chicken and greens on top of penne and a salad and my husband had a pepperoni pizza both were wonderful.
Everything was fine until we got to the main course. Appetizers good, service was good. The main course the Alfredo ravioli was terrible just straight butter and the sauce was basically congealed. Usually I wouldn’t say anything but it was disgusting. So I informed the server about the Alfredo and said to just take it back and then the manager came and asked if I would like more sauce and obviously I said no because the sauce was the issue. When I got the bill we noticed the the dinner was still on there after I said I didn’t want it and told them to keep it. We go up to pay and the manager basically gave me the run around and said it’s my problem because we didn’t like the sauce and refused to take the dinner off the bill (even tho the food had barely been touched). I just paid and left and I shouldn’t have even did that but I was over it and didn’t want to be a “Karen” lol but I definitely should’ve been.
Always a positive dinning experience. The food is simply amazing, a wide variety to choose from. I’ve never had a bad lunch or dinner, ever. I’ve never had to wait to a table or booth. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. All meals are moderately priced as well as generous portions.
Was recommended to try this place by a local. They had a full house so the service a little slow but they got to us.
Food was amazing. The pizza was very good with a fair amount of cheese. Spaghetti and meatballs was well served over marinara.
Prices were very low so you definitely get your moneys worth.
Love the food, the atmosphere. There is,a hard working staff, BUT, there are a couple of Food servers two in particular that will either bring your food two seconds after you get your salad,,, uncalled for,,, or would rather have look at their phones and talk with customers they know while your food is under the heat lamp, and I can tell because the dish is hot but the sauce is freshly put on its pasty from sitting.... The other waitress gets pissed off if you're not ready to order after her second attempt... So if you're seeing someone you haven't seen in awhile and try to talk first, or a first date... Don't do it with this foodserver...
I ve always stop after basketball games in the area on Fridays. Yesterday after The Penguin brewing with the bands I stopped. Friendly great service and good always outstanding and reasonable. Keep up the good work.
Ordered buffalo burger 05/04/24 in evening to take out & got home no lettuce, no blue cheese & burger was not dipped in buffalo sauce. The manager could not do anything for me but to come back & get the lettuce & blue cheese & they would have to dip my burger in the buffalo sauce. I guess they said new cooks but that is not my fault. I could not enjoy the burger the way they have it on the menu. Bad business I will not go back again.
Wait staff is immature and did not know how to ring me out. Answering the phone sounding like they’re from a 1980’s beachy movie with the snooty valley girl voice doesn’t help much. Be more professional ????
My pizza was not cooked in the middle. I order here often, but this has happened quite a lot recently when ordering half sheet pizzas. The regular rounds usually come out okay, but even those are too doughy at times. Meatball bread bowls are amazing though!! Sauce and toppings are good too- just— the dough for the pizzas. What is going on there?!? Other Belleria’s don’t have this issue but reoccurring with the Struthers location. Atmosphere is average for the area.
