The guys were nice and knowledgeable. They kept me updated and fixed my car very quickly. Very good shop and they'll get all of my business going forward.

I came in with an emergency issue needing same day service while I waited. Before I could even get in the door, two different mechanics greeted me and made sure there was someone to help me. The service manager was polite and helpful, fitting me into an already busy schedule. The work was excellent and I will absolutely be back!

Had my truck towed to them with a understanding of getting emission and safety test done. I guess no one understood what I wanted done to my truck and charged me $$$ and my truck still didn't pass the tests. They completed the test after charging me instead of performing all test allowing it to pass or fail and then fixing all the issues that presented. Now they want more money which is truly unfair. My truck is still sitting and I have to come out more money. Please be clear with them or you will end up like me and spending with them twice instead of once. Very unhappy customer and I let them know exactly how I felt. Used and taken advantage of. I will not personally deal with them my guy will have to from now on.

It's not Bellefontain/Larimore Auto Repair anymore those guys are Long Gone by time I Figured IT OUT it was TO LATE That guy must OF thought I was Crazy or Howard Hughes???? or somebody "(NOT)" @t ALL. This is where I was GOT (done bad) FIRST ????!!! #1 (Right Here) in attempt of my Decision /Journey in hopes of taking care of (my truck) and not buying a new one and not getting N-debt again to ending up for the most part taking a "L" on my dream/Goal???? This shop was not a four star rating to me it is a one maybe two star rating (if you are getting a inspection)**At it's BEST ✌️memo: it's not bellefontain/larimore auto repair anymore, them guys sold out and left 7 or 8 years ago! And I still had "Scraping" noise upon leaving and actually is" WHAT" I came there for ????took a big "L" on it !

My name is Lillian Ashley I have been coming to Larimore Auto Repair for several years. I have been very please with their work, they have shown me and others respect, they treated my car as important as it is to me. Their prices are reasonable and affordable. I was telling my daughter about their work and how please I was so she said she would give them a try first, I hope others will do the same. I just want to say thank you Larimore Auto for a good job on my car and you professional services.

It's a pleasant shop. The workers are nice and helpful. There isn't a good seating area to wait at. No real accommodations if you want to wait for vehicle. Parking is very ample for location. Location is very visible from street making it easy to fix. I love that it's easy to exit location also. The owner is a hard working old school man. No nonsense just honest n quick. Highly recommend. Tell him the Albrecht's recommend them.

Needed an inspection asap, went 3 places and had to make an appointment 6days out. Called them they gave me a time, and I was in and out on 20 min. Friendly and polite.

I took my Jeep in for a safety, emissions inspection. Even though the head guy (owner?) is never particularly cordial, they usually gave good service. I didn't expect anything different this time. The only repair needed was replacing a back up bulb on the rear hatch. I was standing there watching him do the work. All total it only took apx three minutes to remove the lens, replace the bulb, and put the lens back on. The lady at the window handed be a bill for fifty seven dollars. The inspection was thirty six dollars (standard charge). I very politely protested the charge for replacing a $1.89 bulb. I asked the manager why the charge was so high. He said that is the standard price for replacing a bulb. And that was the labor charge. I pointed out that I was standing there watching him do the work and there was no more than two minutes labor. He replied that they charge that much because normally they run into problems replacing bulbs. Again I pointed out that he only spent a couple of minutes doing the job. He wanted to argue that it was more than two minutes. I finally told him "I'll pay the bill. But between just the two of us you know this isn't right." He finally relented and told his cashier to make an adjustment. They took ten dollars off the charge, which I though was reasonable. He was walking away as I tried to thank him and told him I would return. He wouldn't even turn around and just threw up his arms in a very disgusted manner. Like I already stated, I have always been satisfied with their work and prices. I don't know why this time was different. I just don't take kindly to businesses overcharging me and then treating me with disgust.
